The huge kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite dishes and to entertain your family and friends. The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, and a huge en-suite bathroom. The guest suite is equipped with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a nice walk-in shower is attached. The big second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin over a full size bunk bed as well as an additional twin size bed. Another full bathroom is just across the hallway. There is a TV in the living room, in each bedroom, and on the lanai. The Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral, however, close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just a mile down the road and some beautiful parks with playgrounds for the kids, or just to walk, kayak, or to play pickleball are also only a few minutes away by car.
