Транспорт очень удобен, что позволяет легко добраться до различных достопримечательностей города. Поблизости есть множество ресторанов и магазинов, а атмосфера полна жизни. Комната полностью оборудована, постельное белье удобное и чистое, подача горячей воды в ванной стабильная, напор воды достаточный. В номере также есть смарт-телевизор.

Полное расслабление в динамичной и веселой обстановке. Розанна замечательная хозяйка и отличная еда. Надо попробовать хотя бы раз, прежде чем умрешь. Специально для семей и для тех, кто хочет отключиться и думать только об отдыхе. Отличная анимация и веселье поздно вечером

Худший отель, в который я ступал. TUI были позором и до сих пор не вернули деньги или не компенсировали нашу поездку. Постоянно передавали вопрос из рук в руки и, по сути, неправильно продавали и представляли этот отель как устно, так и в своей литературе. Менеджеры отеля были понимающими и очень услужливыми, но ЕСЛИ бронировать через TUI (а я советую по опыту НЕ ДЕЛАТЬ ЭТОГО!), то отель совсем не похож на брошюру. В основном очень простой (никаких удобств), деревенский и ОЧЕНЬ повседневный и больше похож на кемпинг. У нас была сырость, плесень, кондиционер не работал, неухоженные сады, ресторан закрывался очень рано, и не было обслуживания номеров... Я мог бы продолжать! Место нуждается в ремонте и т. д. Переехали внутри компании в другой отель этой сети (никакой помощи от TUI и пришлось заплатить за подъем, хотя в онлайн-звонках и записанных звонках представитель сказал БЕСПЛАТНО). Torre Cintola тоже был 4*, но 5* по сравнению с ним по ВСЕМ аспектам.

Absolutely diabolical I have no idea how this hotel got 4 stars, it completely shattered my trust in the star system. Bare bones room , not even a kettle. My room had a blocked sink, door didn’t open properly - had to call for help to get in . Food was absolutely disgusting - I did not know it is possible to have bad food in Italy but this hotel made it possible - tasteless leaves, basic pasta with Parmesan that comes out of packets, salads made of random ingredients that look like yesterdays leftovers, dry fish …. In the restaurant they assign you a specific table and you are not allowed to move - have not seen anything like this in my life. Plus had no idea about this system as nobody bothers to explain this so I ended up walking for ages trying to find a table that didn’t say ‘reserved’ on it. Staff does not explain anything at check -in and genuinely seems disinterested. I had a large suitcase and had to carry it up the stairs myself with no offer of help - they just pointed in the direction of the room. Beach is pretty and private but the entry to water is full of rocks and rather dangerous. But the cherry on top is that there is constantly some sort of entertainment going on by the pool with blaring music. No escape from it in the rooms as it’s too loud . It goes on till midnight. Wow…. Disappointed doesn’t describe it

Great hotel : very clean , friendly staff . Nice meals from the local produce prepared with Italian 🇮🇹 heart Room cleaned every day . Aqua fit twice a day , kids clubs evening entertainment Pool very clean all 10/10 Privite beach with umbrellas for free Not much outside the hotel but suits our family very well 👌

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. Grazie mille!

2 stars is my rating and this hotel is also worth nothing more. We are passing through and this seemed like a suitable place to spend the night (luckily it was only for one night). Dramatic beds, no WiFi in the room. Swimming cap in the pool and the so-called super breakfast was a huge disappointment. Perhaps a good hotel for people who are used to less luxury, but for 4 stars you expect considerably more. Moreover Staff was not kind and service was poor

Hotel propre et bien entretenu..mais l'isolation est à revoir...literie moyenne... Il faut absolument un véhicule car un peu isolé de tous les centres d'intérêts... La piscine n'est pas ouverte...ni leur plage privée à cette période ce qui est un peu dommage... Nous sommes arrivés le 1er jour de l'ouverture et avons été très bien accueillis par Simona et le reste de l'equipe du petit dejeuner aux gardiens du parking.. Par contre les receptionnistes prenez exemple sur Simona et Ricardo...c'est toujours agréable d'être accueillis avec sourires et gentillesse... Bonne saison!

Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni in questa struttura,siamo stati accolti da Simona ,signora deliziosa come tutto il resto dello staff,camere soaziose, pulizia eccellente,cena e colazione abbondante e di prima qualità,quindi che dire? Non vediamo l'ora di tornare,dimenticavo vista mare!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno ;grazie a tutto il personale e soprattutto al direttore di sala Alfredo e al cameriere Domenico sempre attenti a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.Sicuramente torneremo!CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Bellissima vacanza tutto in positivo dai ragazzi dell'animazione simpatici e cordiali pulizie fatte bene cibo buono e abbondante sarei rimasta di più purtroppo le vacanze come tutte le cose belle finiscono troppo presto lo consiglio soprattutto a famiglie con bambini

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti e, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Fin dall’arrivo, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. La camera presentava polvere sui mobili e il bagno mostrava evidenti segni di scarsa igiene. Anche il cibo è stato un grande punto debole. La colazione era scarna, con prodotti di bassa qualità e poco assortimento. I piatti del ristorante erano insipidi e chiaramente preparati con ingredienti economici. La posizione dell’hotel è comoda, ma purtroppo non basta a compensare le carenze riscontrate. Ritengo che con un po’ più di cura e attenzione ai dettagli l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare notevolmente. Al momento, però, non lo consiglierei a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

Hotel triste sans activites car en fin de saison. Personnel antipathique au restaurant buffet. Choix du buffet minimum au repas du soir. Chambre plus que moyenne, dans son jus. Hotel au milieu de nulle part, pas de navette ni bus de ville. Location d'un vehicule abdolument necessaire. Aeroport de Brindisi a 20 km.
