Sabai Beach Hotel Isla Baru Full service and I dont talk about the restaurant 930231826 5 star service and I don't talk about the restaurant. Great selection of staff! just a bit pricey for USD 5000. Found him at a more luxurious hotel where he was working before but now hot boys on the island ready to serve you! not worth the 5k USD but definitely hot. condoms are not included so you will need to bring your own. for USD 5000 I would have expected a little more appreciation!

Amazing!! Excellent place to relax with the family. They keep the vibe very chill and relaxing. No loud music or anything like that. Perfect place to be with the family or with your partner on a romantic getaway. Maria Alejandra, the owner, was extremely attentive and her staff was just excellent with us. Cocktails are delicious and the food is excellent!

Amazing and beautiful beach… far for everywhere … calm and relax I went with my family … quiet .. relax .. amenities .. good food… 1 hour from the centre of Cartagena and 15 more minutes in a small boat … actually you can see the mangrove ecosystem.

What a gem of a place. I feel super fortunate to have found this beautiful, relaxing, peaceful spot right in the Caribbean…….the perfect getaway from the business of Cartagena. The staff is welcoming and friendly, always available to accommodate. I was solo on this trip and loved it; there were also many families and couples enjoying a romantic getaway. This place if just perfect for anyone looking for tranquility and the beauty of the Caribbean.

It is an hotel quite remote and we didn’t realise that once booked. You can only arrive by taxi plus boat. That oblige you to book with the Hotel that charges you what they want. Room clean and people friendly but all very very basic! You communicate mostly by WhatsApp for everything even when you want to order food. In the room there are not a lot of facility but the shock was No hot shower and that was a huge problem for us! Food excellent but limited menu and very slow to serve if more than 3 tables waiting. You eat and you stay surrender by dogs that following you everywhere even in the room! I like dogs but I wish I knew it was a hotel with dogs. There is Dog poo everywhere and we step on it more then once taking poo in the room! That disappointed us a lot considering the price we paid we didn’t want to spend our day looking under our shoes or worst beard feet!

Overall we had a very nice three night stay at this place. While there are a few flaws, I would still recommend going. The price we paid was not obscene, but it is on the higher end of what I would expect for the hotel - most likely because of its ideal location and small size. Booking the transfer was difficult as my original messages in English were not answered. After doing it in Spanish we booked with no problem. The transfers were easy and efficient. On arrival we were met by the lady I presumed to be the manager who was very nice. Overall staff at the hotel were all professional, but some were friendlier than others. Our room, Caribe, was better than others have written. It is rustic, but it was totally clean and the bed was good. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower that DID have hot water. Wifi was good everywhere in the hotel. Air conditioning in the room was very good and quiet. We were upstairs with a nice big balcony. If you are choosing one of the older style (cheaper) rooms, Caribe is a good choice. The biggest flaw of the room (and the worst part of the trip) was that there were a lot of mosquitoes because of the gaps in the door/windows/walls. Speaking to other guests, this was not a problem in only our room. They really should install mosquito nets for the beds - this would have solved the problem. We ended up wearing mosquito repellent to bed every night, which did help. Bring a few bottles if you are going... Also bring plenty of sunscreen because there is nowhere to buy it. The food was pretty good. Not a huge selection but it was all very tasty and I found the prices fair. I like that you pay at the end and our bill was totally transparent. Tipping at 10% is automatically included too, as is typical in Colombia. A couple errors (some in our favour and some not) were fixed right away. I was happy with the food, though if staying longer you may want more selection. The absolute best part of the trip was the location: totally quiet, secluded, peaceful. Beautiful (albeit small) beach. There are so few guests at the hotel that you are guaranteed lots of space and quiet. Staff also keep their distance when people are at the beach, but are also available and attentive if you need something. The water was warm and blue when it was sunny. There is not much to do here but that is the point. If you are looking for seclusion and a relaxing trip, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Paradise on earth. We had an absolutely amazing time and highly recommend it. The beach is huge and lovely. The hotel is intimate and relaxing. The service is impeccable thank you so much to Bryan for amazing service and Joser for your amazing cocktails. The place was a dream come true. The service was amazing from everyone! Thank you pantera and German and everyone! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable the whole time. The food is amazing and the private beach is gorgeous we felt very safe and taken care of the whole time. My favourite holiday I’ve ever been on. Thank you! Thank you so much to management for making sure we we’re happy throughout our stay. The wifi worked the whole time. And the massage on the beach was epic. Don’t think about it stay here!
