Great location with easy access to Carseta Palace and train station. Staff were verry attentive and friendly to help.

novotel連鎖酒店水平穩定。適合自駕遊。在主幹道邊上，沒有自駕車可能會不方便，離城中心區域有好幾公里呢。

1層房間新裝修的，風格很時尚，前台接待CARLA ZIELLO會説中文，幫我們叫的出租車，很nice的小姑娘。

Ottima posizione, adiacente casello autostradale efacilmente raggiungibile dal centro città. Camera pulita, con un arredamento nuovo e moderno. Personale disponibile e professionale! Consiglio

Personale qualificato disponibile e sempre attento ! Le nuove camere superior sono ben fatte ! Non è più presente la moquette ma uno splendido parquet, totalmente rimodernata ! Nota negativa dimenticatevi gli armadi , sono stati rimossi e sostituiti con dei ripiani metallici che danno un SEnso di disordine e nella doccia non vi è più un ripiano per doccia sciampoo! Peccato perché rende la stanza scomoda !

Tutto ok, ci ritornerò!

This hotel is completely rundown. It’s not clean and it’s absolutely disgusting. Upon coming into my room. The AC was not working and I’ve been told to wait. I’ve waited 45 minutes and it’s still not working. I pulled down the bedsheets and the bed is filthy, dirty, covered in dirt and hair. The rugs are filthy. the bathroom is gross.

Difficult to find real fault with the hotel, we received a upgrade and the rooms was clean, bed very comfortable, shower well equipped with good shampoo etc. Restaurant and bar was good. But… looks like a 5 year old was responsible for CUTTING IN the paint work in the bed room. Breakfast was good but limited. Could not find any English programs on the TV not even the news. To summarise for a one night stop it was fine. Staff were very helpful

Our flight was canceled so United sent a bus to take us here for the night. The staff was friendly enough but the room is disgusting. My husband and I had to share one bath towel, there were stains all over the walls and floors, and the complimentary meal we got for our canceled flight was cold pasta and french fries. The photos they provide are definitely not from this hotel.

This is a lovely clean and very modern hotel. We got to stay her due to our flight being delayed. Staff were helpful. Breakfast and food options were very good. There was a mini fridge in the room and tea making facilities. The only issue I had was that they did not have family rooms.

Forced to stay here by United Airlines bc flight from Naples was canceled. Place is under renovations and is below the standard of even a Motel 6 in the USA. Carpet disgusting dirty. Dead fly in restaurant glass. Should not be open until renovations are completed!

Stayed here for one night courtesy of EasyJet who bounced us to Naples from Sicily after the airport on Sicily closed due to a fire. The room was clean and serviceable, breakfast was typical sweet Italian and plentiful. My one concern was the guy on reception who wanted to keep our passports overnight because the photocopier wasn’t working. To my surprise it magically started working again when I told him that my passport was staying with me. Be very wary of taking a taxi here from the airport, it’s a rip off. 130 euros for a 20 minute ride, the taxi back to the airport was ‘only’ 75 Euros

The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived! The food was delicious! All the staff were very accommodating to help us because we do not speak Italian! Unfortunately, my wife was experiencing gastric upset before we arrived, which got worse. The staff, Viviana and Alba contacted and brought doctors to our room and translated in English for the doctors! Then the staff coordinated with the Chef to make food recommended by the doctor! The manager of Viviana and Alba assisted in getting the doctor to make a house call! In general, the facility was clean and beautiful! The staff are a shining star in the Novotel company! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! They went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful! Thank you so very much! This staff should be the benchmark for other hotels in your company!
