La Loggia - Villa Gloria -Adults Only

We enjoyed the hotel (the swimming pool and the area, the rest is pretty old and not well maintained) during our stay. However, when we came back home, the hotel sent us a message on *********** with an invoice. They took 250 euros from our credit card for a broken shower, that we never broke! They didn't even try to contact us to discuss, just took the money (without any consent) and sent 2 pictures of a broken shower, that we still don't know it it is actually ours or not (no proof sent even after we asked for it). In any case, we did not break it and tried to reach the hotel. Got them once on the phone, a receptionnist who didn t know anything answered and said she would contact her management. Since then (it has been 5 days), we ve got at least 15 missed calls and still no sign from them. Seems convenient to take the money without any proof and then not accepting to even talk with the customer Looks like a scam!!! do not go there if you don't wanna pay for their furniture after your stay!

I regret to say that my recent encounter with La Loggia Villa Gloria was beyond disappointing. The level of service and professionalism exhibited by this establishment was shockingly inadequate, warranting a rating of 0/5. A week before my intended stay, I received an abrupt notification informing me that my reservation had been canceled. Despite providing three valid credit cards, all attempts to process payment were inexplicably denied. This left me perplexed and frustrated, as I had made the reservation well in advance and was looking forward to my visit. Attempting to address the issue, I made numerous calls to the hotel. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach a staff member were met with consistent failure. The phone lines were either perpetually engaged or, when I did manage to get through, my calls went unanswered. The lack of responsiveness and unavailability of hotel staff is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism. The inability of La Loggia Villa Gloria to communicate effectively and resolve payment issues is deeply concerning. As a paying customer, I expected a smooth and hassle-free experience, but instead, I was met with frustration and a complete disregard for customer service. Considering the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability displayed by La Loggia Villa Gloria, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. There are numerous other establishments that uphold higher standards of service, respect, and customer care. It is evident that it falls far short of these basic expectations. My experience with them was marked by disappointment and frustration. The abrupt cancellation of my reservation and the hotel's inability to process payment or provide adequate customer service is indicative of a deeply flawed operation. I can only hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid subjecting future guests to such a disappointing experience.

We spent 4 days there, 3 nights, 8 people all friends. We had a very nice experience, this hotel is fantastic for position, cleaning, and great service. Breakfast very big nothing to say more. I can say to all that it's valid for couple or families, there is a restaurant that you can book separate when you want. FANTASTIC

Lonertrip to Italy started at this very beautiful hotel in the heart of vines, olives and flowers. The rooms was very italian and the pool offered you a cold swim in the prime time of the day. Staff was nice and for some reason they all knew my roomnumber after the first day, so it’s probably a sign of either me as a bit wierd or good memories of their guests. I didn’t need to tell them what number i stayed at when i ordered drinks on my room. The breakfest was beautiful with Tuscany’s best view, and the restaurant offered good food and wine, and offered a good view aswell. On the other side, you might need to plan your days here a bit. It’s difficult to get food here before the restaurant opens at 19:00 and there is no supermarket close. You can take a deadly walk along the small roads to Quercegrossa but you are lucky if the ”supermarket“ is open. Beautiful Siena is a 10min taxi trip away, so i highly recommend to use that city as a daily trip. Other than that, no more to say on this wonderful place. Would highly recommend, but i think it’s best for a couple. Was a bit lonely with my wine bottle at some points. And if you drive motorcycles. Wow. Please drive around here.

Beautiful property. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and both the A/C and Wi-Fi worked. Didn’t have a car so needed to order many taxis (with help from the front desk, as no one in my group spoke Italian)

We spent a night here. The hotel staff was kind. The room was comfortable, quiet and its size was also OK. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not really. Our blanket seemed too thin; luckily, I found an extra blanket and pillow in the wardrobe. The room itself was clean though we had an expression that it was not continuously booked; the light bulbs were fully dusty. If you want to see a lovely Tuscan sunrise, choose room 303. The breakfast was good, and the variety was also OK. The pool was also OK, we only found little frogs swimming in it and trying to escape, but they couldn't. It is natural; for me, it was not a problem at all; I tried to save the lives of some of them during my stay, and if you, who are reading this review and will book a room there, please, have a look at the pool and save the lives of some little frogs, too!

Great place for a romantic trip. When it gets busy it looses its charm. Rooms are basic but nice. Courtyard rooms are not as charming as the ones with the views which sums up the experience.

Absolutely superb views all around this hotel. However the room we were in was small, along with a tiny bathroom. The air-conditioning didn't work - in the entire hotel - and it was extremely noisy from other rooms because of the very thin. Walls and poorly soundproofed doors. We could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. On top of that the plumbing must be faulty as every morning the bidet let out a terrific gurgling noise between 6 and 7 am, several times, which meant we were awake early each day! A combination of zero Aircon, the noise and the loud plumbing meant we didn't sleep well at all here, a fundamental for a hotel? The swimming pool area was great (but the water very cold) and we eat at the on-site restaurant a couple of times which was both good and reasonably priced. Overall, despite the fabulous views and the pool, we wouldn't return or recommend.

I am an experienced and well traveled professional and this was the worst experience with hospitality of my life. Rooms were not up to standards and when we have requested an upgrade (paying), we have been treated in a way so rude that if it was not that we had already paid 2 rooms for 3 nights, we would have left.
