“The White House” You will have the best experience

Just Right for a Small Family Unusually spacious and beautifully decorated three bedrooms with two full baths which is hard to find. We enjoyed gathering each evening in the combined living and dining area with extra seating in the kitchen area. The rental was very comfortable for our family group of three to five during our two week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and dishware etc. However, no food items or spices were supplied except coffee and tea so we brought a few things with us and picked up what was needed at local grocery store. All appliances seemed new, including the washer and dryer. There are a number of excellent ethnic restaurants in the area and Oakland China town is a short drive away, as well as a Costco. Great central location for the San Francisco bay area. Look forward to returning in the future. The hosts were very cordial and accommodating. It was nice to have 2 parking spaces.

Sparkling clean This is a downstairs apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood. To say this place was spectacularly clean would be an understatement. There are plenty of charging ports throughout the apartment. Kitchen was well appointed as were the bathrooms. Now for the less than positive. The VRBO posting states “no excessive drinking” but the rule sheet on the counter states that “no drinking or alcohol is allowed on the property” in red letters, as well as a rule against “adult events”, not exactly sure what he means by that. As far as a place to stay for the night it was quiet and clean.
