The cabin is located on Sugar Mountain with a great view of Beaver Lake. It is 2.5 miles from AR-187 down Carroll County road 116. The county road is gravel but well-maintained. The are two neighbors on one side of the property, but hundreds of acres of undeveloped land on the other. Back in the woods but convenient to Eureka Springs. New flooring, paint and counter tops have recently been added, as well as 25' of steps to access the fire pit and hammock area.
