We were assigned to cottage 9 during our recent stay. The car porch rather on the down slope is difficult for me, a Singaporean to park there upon check-in. Observed there were other cottages available.

Great location, nice staff, clean room and great for the family trip.

What a magnificent hotel. This one takes the cake after travelling to Australia and staying in many regional hotels. It is located only a short distance from the beautiful town of Albany. This hotel offers, The rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. There is a great steak for dinner, and the service is at another level! Well done!!

I arrived on the 8th July approximately at 7pm, the staff went out of their way for us as we were travelling afar. Im so impressed with their customer service, they even turned the air conditioning on for our arrival. One of the best places and to top it off they provided free breakfast for all 4 of us.

We stayed for two nights in Albany and the apartments were a great place to base ourselves. The apartments had everything we needed to make your trip easier, however the oven is so small you cannot cook much in there and the parking spaces are so tight you can hardly squeeze out of the door. On arrival we looked around the apartment and as we have two young children looked at their room. The windows were not secure and could be opened quite easily, secured only with a small piece of wood. I emailed the out of hours email, but to no reply. The next day the lovely receptionist arranged for maintenance to attend, who was also lovely and he fixed it straight away. The breakfast the next morning was also fantastic. Overall the apartment was good, however the slight set back early on was a concern. The staff make this place, they were so helpful and lovely.

The rooms were so clean & well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb in every way and had the same consistency all days! They had all types of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh juices, noodles, hashbrowns etc. Also, we loved the staff for being so friendly and nice. They always accommodated our needs whenever we asked for it. The hotel is located in the city center and it is close to everything around it. Overall, we loved our stay there and we would come back again for sure!

Our room was absolutely fine. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom quiet/dark and the shower hot/powerful. The whole property was meticulously clean. Reception staff were very helpful. It was only a short drive to all the eating places in York Street. NB there is no restaurant on site (except for breakfast). You MUST walk along the board walk 80 metres above the ocean over by the wind farm. The views are stunning.

There were quite a few accommodations to choose from in Albany, but the minute we turned into the property I knew we made a good choice. First impressions: spotlessly tidy, new and up to date, attractive setting with lots of greenery. Then when we checked in the friendly welcome we got, as well as an upgrade, confirmed that feeling. We were absolutely delighted when we saw our room, or rather mini apartment. Again, it was spotless. We had a very functional kitchen, a sitting area with television, and a fabulous bed. Plus we were gifted a box of snacks when we arrived, and water as we checked out. We also had free breakfast on our plan, and it was very good. If I am ever again in Albany, I will come straight here!

Great, welcoming service. Well appointed apartments. Modern, clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Surpringly quiet, given the location on the main road. Close to everything. Plenty of activities and eateries nearby. Great place to visit

Friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had room 20 which was spacious with every amenity, including a spa bath. Good kitchen, dining table and lounge. Must say the most uncomfortable lounge we have ever sat on. Only a couple of kilometres from centre of town. Bed comfort good. All in all a positive review.

Very helpful staff that tried to help with any concerns or queries. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and surprisingly very quiet given the location on Albany highway. Your car is also under cover which is unusual in Albany. It’s certainly not luxury but very good for what you are paying.
