Private Studio w/ Kitchen and Patio

Great cozy spot! I was very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the space. It has a private courtyard with a grill, as well as a private entrance to the property. We arrived quite late, and the owner made sure some lights were left on and gave specific directions to the entrance for our convenience. The space was exactly what we needed - small with a stove and full size fridge. The decor was nice and welcoming, with the space being well utilized without feeling crowded. The bed had a really comfy memory foam mattress, extra pillows, and thick blankets. The towels were incredibly plush and soft. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries, and made me feel like a valued customer. (For instance, the internet company decided to do some maintenance on the area while I was there, and he checked on the status regularly during the downtime.) It is literally right down the street from Clemson University, and close to grocery stores and other shopping. I had a great time and will return if it is available!
