The hotel was situated in central Jakarta being great. The staff friendly and helpful. If you want Western breakfast not do good there and the same boring cheaper food served each morning. Be aware the rooms are very small as I asked to change got a bigger room but most rooms 19 to 20 meters. It became quite uncomfortable. A short stay fine there but long stay like we had of 11 nights it’s not a suitable hotel. Honestly not a lot to see and do in Jakarta so no need to stay a long time there anyway. Cleanliness of hotel needs greatly improving.

the place is near mall and mrt, access to other mall you can use mrt, can also use transjakarta

My favorite hotel in Center of Jakarta. Near to the biggest Jakarta shopping mall, MRT Dukuh Atas, and airport train station.

자카르타공항에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져있다.자카르타 도심에 위치하고 있으며 객실은 잘 정돈되어있고 특히 욕실은 넓고 청결하다.특히 아침 조식이 상당히 좋았다.

酒店的時間應該不短了，但是維護的很棒，各種設施都很全，服務也超級綁，讓接機的工作人員等了好久，服務態度依然超級好，食物做的也很好吃，以後以後還會選擇該酒店的

nice city hotel though its quite small room but cozy enough, the toiletries was good , i dont bring much soap n shampoo but they provided dove in big size bottle, the breakfast not too much, limited variance, but because i just stay for 1 night for business transit so its still worth it

We stayed in room 602 in the corner, left side out of the elevators. The room was quite small and the bathroom has no lock. Also there is a gap between the bathroom door and wall so you can see the toilet from outside. The walls are opaque so when the bathroom lights are on, you can tell. The first night and next morning, the water in the shower was cold, and just dribbling. We complained to the front desk who told us that they are repairing the water heater. Why didn't they inform when checking in? They also sent someone to change the shower head. Location is near MRT station but for tourists, it is difficult to ride as you need an app to make a qr code to get on the train. After some back and forth, the station person made the qr code on his phone and we paid him cash for the ticket. Also walking distance to Grand indo and plaza indo. Breakfast not so good. Very little options especially for vegetarian. I just had porridge which I asked to heat up as it was cold. Mainly local people staying. They have in-house massage service but they come to your room, not is separate location in the hotel. So if you sharing a room with someone, this is a problem. The washing machine was also broken and not fixed while we were there.

Near the BNI station ,near the shopping mall. Easy to access to the airport,5 mins walk from the station,so if you have heavy luggage you can easy to walk to the hotel.no need the taxi. Even if arrive at the night time,not so dangerous. Also no need to book taxi to go shopping.it takes 5mins walk to go to the grand indonesia mall. Totally I recommend this hotel.

Decent 3-star hotel conveniently located in central Jakarta, just a few hundred meters from major shopping malls and the national monument. Not very large rooms but equipped with all services. Pretty good buffet breakfast. Polite and friendly staff.

I was staying here for a temporary transit. I booked through and app and got a room on the 6th floor, near the storage room and right next to an emergency exit - an odd choice to fit in a bedroom there. I was tired after an out of town trip and didn't stay much during the day because I had to go out for work, but I don't know whether it's because I'm too tired to think, I'm always able to sleep peacefully because the beds and the pillows are very comfy. The carpet floor might need extra cleaning and the showers need to be looked at because the water temperature changes every few seconds (from warm to very hot) but the bathroom is overall clean. Hairdyrer might need to be fixed, as the switch was kind of loose and it turns on by itself because the switch would drop back to 'on' after I return it to the cradle, and sometimes when I try to switch it up to 'off', the switch would fall in to the socket. The room size is also quite small, so if you have a lot of stuffs, either you need to organize them or better if you travel light. The desk is also very small, it's hard to put your laptop on if you have medium or large size laptop. Breakfast was so-so, and the menu variety wasn't much, but it's edible, at the very least. Some of the buttons on the elevator were broken and had to be held together by transparent masking tapes. I had to press carefully or it wouldn't function. Staffs are very friendly and they're very helpful, even though I have a ton of stuffs. Overall, this hotel is quite okay if you're looking for a small hotel for a quick stay in the area, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be troublesome as the room that I was at were facing the busy road, and you can hear the noise of vehicles (especially motorcycles) during day and night. There was a family with children staying next to my room, and I could hear the children screaming and jumping around their beds before bedtime. Maybe they should replace the windows or add more noise insulations.
