Отель Grand Mercure Kemayoran 5 звезд поразил меня прежде всего соотношением цена-качество. То есть отель класса люкс по цене чуть выше бюджетной 4-ки. Превосходный дизайн сочетается с уютом и комфортом. Очень понравилась кровать и огромные почти эргономичные подушки. Ещё я советую на ночь не наедаться, потому что с утра с 6-ти до 10-ти часов завтрак. По разнообразию и качеству продуктов тяжело найти сравнение с отелями этой ценовой категории. Персонал как во всей Юго-Восточной Азии крайне приветлив и услужлив. В общем по шкале от 0-10 , 10 безусловно. Советую скачать приложения Такси Gojek и Grab. Цены фантастически низкие. И в принципе поэтому и по организации городского общественного транспорта оптимально передвигаться по Джакарте на такси этих компаний.

Мой номер супер удобный и чистый. Заказывал обслуживание номеров, и оно было восхитительным. Завтрак был нормальным. Обязательно вернусь, чтобы остановиться в этом отеле.

У нас был отличный отдых, номер был чистым и просторным, особенно ванная комната большая. Отель выглядит как недавно отремонтированный, красивый дизайн интерьера. Рядом с мегацерковью Мессия Собор.

I stayed in this hotel many times and the standards are good for business travelling. PROS = the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the reception team (Yulia is outstanding, great service!) / the rooms are clean and spacious, well maintained and comfortable / CONS = Breakfast needs to improve, a lot... everything is pretty average, way below Jakarta standards of similar hotels, not good / Location is pretty bad, nothing around the hotel and even getting picked up by taxi is a bit of a challenge and on top of that they charge you for entrance/exit to the hotel which is ridiculous. Otherwise, great for the Expos nearby, not for anything else.

Location near Jakarta Expo (JI expo). Service good. Do not expect food stalls or supermarkets or convenience stores downstair and within walking distant. Need transport to practically everwhere.

The lobby and overall ambience are elegant, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining cleanliness.

My first time staying in a 5 star hotel whose concierge is a nightmare, I have documents and packages delivered and turned away at the front security saying it is because of hotel policy. They demanded me to physically receive the package and documents at the security, if I was not in the hotel they would not accept them. Absolute Rubbish! Second, we drove and parked overnight to the hotel. Upon exit, the cashier at the parking booth rejected us paying cashless or electronically, when we presented them with cash he had no change and took almost 5 minutes to look for change. He came back unsuccessfully and told me he could not find any change and ask me for solutions. I later found out that you can actually pay electronically, and the said person was maybe doing this so that he can keep the extra change personally. In short, I will NEVER stay again or recommend GRAND MERCURE KEMAYORAN JAKARTA to anyone! What a disgrace!

Had a wonderful time at Grand Orchardz Jakarta. Cozy, convenient, and top - notch service, highly recommend.

Booked the room for my parents, no complaints and they said they had a great experience overall
