After you return back to the Loft, if you would like to go west (towards the mountains), drive approximately 3 miles and you will find the Comanche Movie Drive- In, (opened in1966 by the Groy family). Take a blanket, a folding chair and a treat to eat and sit outside under the stars and watch a great movie. It just doesn't get any better than that! If you travel past the Drive-in approximately 2 miles you will find the Cottonwood Hot Springs Resort, natural hot springs that you can soak in. Continuing on past the hot springs, approximately 2 miles is the turnoff for Cottonwood Lake, traveling 3 miles, you will then arrive at a beautiful, peaceful, serene mountain lake. Cottonwood Lake is included in our pictures. After you return to the Loft you might like to plan a trip to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs where you can soak in the river with hot water seeping from the ground or swim in the beautiful pools.The Jumpin Good Goat Dairy has free tours and samples, and you get to pet the goats.
