This gorgeous cabin is located on an all sports lake and was recently renovated to an open floor plan. The bathroom has a full tub/shower with an endless hot water system. Equipped with dish network, DVD/CD & portable radio & patio fire pit to use. There is a full size charcoal grill on the uncovered brick patio along with a couple of chairs & a picnic table. The yard is large enough to play games and also has a large fire pit. All of the essentials you might need (including movie rentals, ice cream stand, pizza, hot food, fire wood, etc.) is located across the street. There is a bike/rollerblade/walking path right outside the front door which will take you around all 7 lakes in the area. A playground is located around the corner and a public beach/picnic area on Sand Lake is about 1/4 mile, restaurants, gas station & additional stores (all along the bike path). We are located 15 minutes from East Tawas where there is plenty of shopping, piers for fishing, beaches on Lake Huron, putt putt golf, etc. We are also 30 minutes either way from Omer & Oscoda where there are canoe rentals. There is one locked room that is not available for guests. Outside of the living space you can enjoy yourself in the studio/game room and spend some time outside in the spacious back yard with fire pit and a patio.Other things to note:Our home away from home is child friendly. we have a baby monitor and pack and play for your use. We also have a variety of board games and cards.There are three heating sources available. In the living room, there is a wall furnace, the master bedroom has an electric fireplace, and the bathroom and kitchen have controls on the wall for single room heat registers.
