The water heater is on demand, so hot water is never a problem or issue. All bedrooms have lamps with USB ports and outlets for convenient phone charging.Backyard/patio and heated pool (up to 88 degrees) fenced with a 6' privacy fence and there is a built in gas grill for your use.
