Welcome to the Cozy Cottage, this is a unique 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher located in the heart of Hixson, close to most restaurants, unique shopping, and only ten minutes to downtown, where you will find the wonderful Aquarium, Discovery Museum, parks and so much more. My home lives in a quiet neighborhood, with a fenced in back yard, perfect for relaxing after a busy day hiking, shopping or working. In addition, I have brand new mattress’s in the rooms.Try sleeping on America’s top brand mattress. In the master bed room, I have added a brand new Sealy mattress that lays for a kind and queen. Just another great feature of staying here and feeling relaxed during your stay. Also, if you like the outdoors in the evening you can enjoy a peaceful back-yard patio along with lawn chairs for sun bathing.
