Residence Inn Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place

Staff was very responsive when we asked for missing items like a hair dryer and bath mat. The design of the handicapped shower was lacking -- water gets all over the bathroom. The suite did not have a pan for cooking on the cooktop nor plates. Breakfast is always good, though. Not our first stay here.

Check in was easy. My first room was on a floor that I didn’t prefer but Kathy at the front desk was helpful and resolved it and put me in another room quickly. I stayed in king studio and it was large and spacious. Breakfast was a 3 out 5. Pool area was great also. My only issue was I wasn’t told at check-in that housekeeping only cleanse rooms every 2 days of your stay. But I called the front desk and they did send up clean wash cloths and towels.

We’re glad our room was very spacious. With two little kids space is a requirement. The couch wasn’t comfortable and was hard. The refrigerator was scrubbed with a scouring pad or a wire brush, like maybe someone wrote or drew something on it. The bathroom door had been doodled on in black pen. The pool was shut down, which we weren’t aware of till we arrived. We paid $14+ to wash and dry two loads of laundry. The detergent and dryer sheets were free though. The walls of the hallway had white stuff on the wallpaper. There was this weird white box on the wall by the bed that we weren’t sure what it was. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at. It was clean, had modern decor, and spacious for a one bedroom. The appliances worked (we cooked on the stovetop). The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. The water pressure was decent in the shower.

We stayed in room 404 there was a constant drip in tub. The breakfast offerings were average. Staff very friendly & helpful!

This place is terrible do not stay here. First of all we didn't get into our room until 4:30 even though check is 3 pm. The front desk agent was really rude and acted like we arrived early when we arrived at 3:15 pm. Once we arrived in the room it was a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds instead of 1 king with 2 double beds as I requested. In addition the sofa bed was filthy it had pet hair and food all in it. I called the front desk to informed them no one never showed up. After an hour and half I had to literally go down to the front desk to say how dirty it was. Once housekeeping came in to clean she even was like eww!! eww! thats how dirty it was. I would not stay here again

This is my favorite hotel in Chattanooga. It is elegant, classy and very beautiful. I want to do commercials for this hotel because I love it that much. The kitchen is a huge selling point for me. Its like an apartment.

Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Pretty close to everything. Our suite had what we needed. We didn't get to use the kitchen area, but it was available. No extra blankets in our closet, but im sure they would have provided some if needed.

Staff are wonderful. Good breakfast. It's definitely a place we will visit again when we return to Chattanooga.
