Я нашел этот отель через карту, просматривая сайт trip.com, и я был очень доволен своим пребыванием. Я забронировал номер Sky Room, который превзошел мои ожидания. Номер был просторным и чистым. Но самое главное — это обслуживание, я не могу не поблагодарить персонал, они все такие добрые и услужливые. Завтрак был восхитительным, и я действительно ценю каждую деталь обслуживания, супер своевременную доставку завтрака. Мы уехали в Цзючжайгоу на 3 дня и вернулись за нашим багажом, о котором хорошо позаботились. Я чувствую себя благословенным, что нашел этот отель, как и его название. Я обязательно ВЕРНУСЬ и порекомендую этот отель своим друзьям и семье ❤️

Excellent hotel with exceptional quality and great accessibility at the heart of Chengdu! Walkable distance to Chunxi street, Taiguli, and the airport bus stop. We stayed at the executive suite and the room was actually way better & larger than the photos! All the staffs were friendly and helpful, and to foreigners who can barely speak Chinese they truly were our guardian angels ;) We'd definitely stay here again if we have a chance to revisit Chengdu. Highly recommended. P.S. Do opt-in room service breakfast, you won't regret it.

Beautiful rooms with unique features for each room. Helpful butler service, very responsive and efficient. Breakfast served in room. Generally quite tasty. Only issue is the disposable towels, not comfy to use and felt very environmental unfriendly.

The hotel space are spacious and the staffs are helpful. Breakfast are sent to the room and the taste was good. We have a pleasant and unforgetable stay here.

We originally booked a big brand hotel, but the moment we saw photos of Return Courtyard, we switched immediately & we’re so glad we did! The hotel absolutely did not disappoint. We stayed in a beautiful tatami-style room that comfortably fit four of us. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and spotless (yes it even has a bidet!). The real highlight? Breakfast. Delivered right to your room at your preferred time, and honestly, it lives up to the hype! Delicious and thoughtfully presented. The staff were another standout. Super friendly and always quick to respond: they even add you on WeChat to make communication easy. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just minutes from the vibrant Chunxi Road, with a Lawson right across the street and tons of great food spots all around. It’s a cozy, charming stay that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend and would 100% return!

I had a fantastic stay at Return Courtyard Hotel! The service was truly top-notch — every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hotel design is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches that create a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. I was especially touched that they prepared a special meal for my baby girl — such a lovely and personal gesture. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We’ll definitely come back again!

Superb! Service, design, breakfast is amazing. Our room require stairs, hotel carried our luggage up and down. Everything about our stay is PERFECT, just towels are super thin and disposable kind. A challenge for long and thick hair after shower.

Excellent stay at the return courtyard hotel. Lovely rooms that are well decorated and really enjoyed the breakfast provided. We all 3 had a wonderful time.

The hotel is located closed to the shopping district, Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Walkable distance. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Co Co. Room is spacious for 4 and clean. I love the tea area, can enjoy hot brewed tea and snacks we bought. Another thing I love about the hotel is that breakfast is served to your room at your preferred timing. It was a sumptuous breakfast I had during the trip. Will be back again!

Superb location ie within walking distance to Chunxi Lu. Room is new and as illustrated. Breakfast is sumptuous and with room service provided. Maybe noisy over the weekend from the pub next door. Nonetheless, highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay, a place you can call it a home (RETURN), i am not exaggerating. From the look and feel of building to how well the room is design(aesthetically while keeping the room functional). Most importantly, the team members made it feel like a home. Getting parcel delivered to RETURN not a problem, getting food delivered to RETURN not a problem. They will send it to your room personally within their best capabilities. The hotel staff will made sure you get the best stay experience ever. Not forgetting about their wonderful breakfast, They didn’t mentioned anything about personal butler but we feel that we have one for the entire stay. We celebrate my wife birthday with the team over there as well (we took photos with team member)! We love this place so much that we considering going back Chengdu again just to revisit this place. Special thanks to 皮皮 who we liaise the most during our stay, of course not forgetting the friendly concierge, lovely housekeeping team and 2 other butlers(thats what they call themself instead of the usual front office or receptionist).
