Very good service and crew. Especially Bikram and Bikram Das very kind and good hospitality.Nice Food and it is affordable price. The rooms are very clen and the hotel members are very response and attentive in the work. It has a huge space for parking

Pleasant stay with staff keen to assist. Rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaning staff were helpful. Special mention to Ms. Manisha Ghosh, Hemam Arti Devi, and Chef Ramesh Murugan at the restaurant for their wonderful service. Best wishes.

The pillows are the fluffiest ive ever felt. Good service. Sheeban and Avantika received us well. Washrooms were really small though. Good place to stay at and roam around the city. Close to ECR and very near to the IT sector. Food was great.

We stayed a total of 6 nights in February 2024 at this hotel. The hotel had a driver pick us up at Chennai airport. He kindly waited two hours for us due to lost luggage. The staff in the restaurant were consistently polite, attentive, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The front desk employees were not always polite. They would allow male customers to interrupt my conversations with them on a regular basis. On one occasion, a lady at the front desk prevented us from taking an elevator to our room because she stated we had not paid for our reservation. We stayed the previous night, the hotel had our credit card information and could have easily ran the charges. Instead they chose to embarrass us in front of other guests at the hotel. Also, we had to call the front desk four separate times one evening to request a laundry bag. Another issue was we were approved for a 2 pm check out. However at 11:30 on the day of checkout, the front desk called and asked why we had not checked out.

I stayed at the ibis Chennai OMR for the past couple of days (From 25th Feb to 27th Feb) and the stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Mr. Ponirul, room-keeping staff, made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment we arrived until departure, he exceeds expectations. Exceptional room service with a commitment. He was really kind, courteous and willing to attend any request. The rooms were spotless and the facilities were well maintained. He was quick at his service so professional and such a trustworthy person. An efficient staff who excels at personal attention is a must-have for a luxury hotel like ibis. He is one of Extra Miler to ibis Chennai OMR... Much appreciated to Ponirul
