Great hotel to have a night near Golden Triangle

โดยรวมที่พักดี สะอาด แต่มีปัญหาห้องน้ำท่อตัน น้ำรอระบายนาน ซึ่งแจ้งพนักงานแล้ว พนักงานพยายามแก้เต็มที่ในตอนกลางดึก แต่ก็ยังไม่หายขาด จึงหัก 1 ดาว

這傢什麼都好，房間好，300多價格不貴，在中央商場旁邊，對面馬路是bigc，方便！一樓房間可以直通泳池，挺好！乾淨小豪華，唯一敗北就是早餐，不怎麼好！

A delightful, clean, well-kept resort along the banks of the Mekong near Chiang Saen. Large, modern, well appointed rooms. A lovely pool area overlooking a riverside garden area. And their on-property restaurant serving delicious Thai and international meals. Plus an incredibly friendly, helpful professional team! I was delighted when our tour group spent a night heredue to an issue in Laos. Hope to return again.

Nice resort on the edge of the Mekong River. Restaurant close early but food very good. Good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Only stayed a night so didn´t use any of the facilties like pool.

We enjoyed here as just another average hotel on our trips. Most of the thing is on average, same as just average hotels. What's outstanding were 1) people at the restaurants -- their thoughts and mindsets are a lot better than general management 2) pizzas Everything else ... nothing special :-) I might stay here again or might find some other hotels next time visited the areas. Location is the weakness as it's far from nearly everything. Check the location carefully. But for us, driving car .. it's okay (while there are a lot of better choices out there).

The facility and staff: 5 stars! For one breakfast, a staff made our teenage son a breakfast sandwich because it was close to closing time and he wasn't awake yet. The beds were soft but firm and the pillows not to high. Very comfortable! The food was average, not great but not bad either. Only two negatives: the shower and toilet door is glass and some parts of it is clear, so people can see in and out. Which is weird if you have kids with you or a friend in the same room. The others, the shower temperature is really hard to adjust. Overall, 4.5 stars! Enjoyed our stay.
