Relax in this prime West Omaha location perfect for families and couples. 5 minutes to premier shopping and dining, athletic facilities in Elkhorn (suburb), 20 minutes to downtown Omaha and the Omaha zoo. Enjoy separate hang-out/ sleeping areas with your group. Features full kitchen open to living areas, deck with fenced yard. Plenty of beds - up to 4 kings, 2 king beds, 2 beds that are configured as 2 twins or a king (pop up trundle) and a queen air mattress. Our welcoming property is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, four smart TVs, laundry, deck and grill. Enjoy all that Omaha has to offer when you stay at our place. Neighborhood park 5 min away has pickleball courts, basketball court, playgrounds and green space.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Guests must bag and dispose of dog waste.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Check out - please take all trash to outside bins. Clean, comfortable stay! We had a great stay at Happy Home. Everything was clean and advertised. Lots of options for bedrooms and beds. Home was well-stocked and owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had before our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect home base The property is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Great place, very comfortable. Awesome backyard with a deck and fire pit. Perfect location for our party. Clean and modern.

Comfortable place with great nearby park We stayed for a week for work and pleasure.Kids loved split level layout. Clean and comfortable. Park / playground within walking distance was great. Would stay again.

Perfect The house was spotless, as described, and had a lovely assortment of treats to get us started. We really enjoyed our stay for Omaha Slumpbuster tournament and College World Series. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable House was clean manicured and tastefully decorated. The owners thought of everything and we were welcomed with cookie treats on our arrival, I would highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet neighborhood with everything you need to be comfortable.

A true Diamond This home had EVERYTHING! The host was so thoughtful with welcome gifts. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. With many added touches! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was the perfect place to return to after being in the heat all day. We had a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful Stay! My family and I stayed here over Mother’s Day weekend. Gretta was wonderful about getting in touch shortly after our booking was confirmed. Additionally she answered any/all questions I had. The check-in process was very easy. When we arrived she had goodies on the counter (great touch after traveling)! She also had very clear check-in and check-out rules in every bedroom and in the main living areas. All the beds and seating areas were very comfortable! She even provided a garage door opener which really made accessing the house easy. We had plenty of room for teenagers and our toddlers playpen and toys. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely book this property again. I highly recommend booking through Gretta!
