This beautiful unit located on the top floor in downtown is perfect for families, children and corporate gatherings. Looking to stay in the best neighborhood in Chicago at the most affordable price? You got the right place! PARKING FREE PARKING. Parking in Chicago, let alone downtown, can be a nightmare, not to mention upwards of $100 a night. With us, you'll be parking in our private parking lot AT THE PROPERTY. Yes, it's FREE! Bedroom 1 - 2 queens Bedroom 2 - 2 queens Bedroom 3 - 2 queens 2 full size bathrooms You will receive check in instructions 1 hour prior to arrival WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN THE PROPERTY AFTER YOU CHECK OUT. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK ALL AREAS PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PROPERTY TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS. 1. WE DO NOT HOST LOCALS. ANY LOCALS THAT BOOK WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION. NOTE, THIS MAY HOLD UP YOUR FUNDS WHILE THEY SETTLE THROUGH THE PAYMENT PROCESSORS. 2. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ARE ALLOWED! If you are found to have a party/event or more people are in the unit than you list on your reservation, You accept full responsibility of any city fines, lawsuits which result from any actions of you or your guests during your reservation. Also, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. 3. Checkout is 11 am 4. Check in is 4 PM. Please note: You will receive instructions to check in 1 hour prior to the check in time on the day you arrive (3:00 PM). Please check your platform messages, your email and also your text messges. Instructions could be sent through any or all of these options. 5. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA. NO SMOKING CIGARETTES. NO SMOKING PERIOD! If there is a smell of any kind of smoke in the property, deodorizing fees START at $500 and will be charged back to the guest. If you smoke, go outside. WE ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS 6. If we receive a noise complaint we immediately call the police. There are no warnings. We will also keep 100% of your security deposit. 7. The Nest thermostats are locked so that they cannot be adjusted outside the range of 68 – 78 degrees in the Summer and 60 – 72 degrees in the Winter. To adjust the temperature in these ranges, simply turn the thermostat to the left or right to find your desired temperature. The locked screen will only appear if you happen to push on any portion of the face of the thermostat. 8. There may be candles in the suite but they are for decoration only. Do not light them. 9. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests you indicated on your reservation. If it is found that there are more guests than indicated on the reservation, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. 10. Please leave the suite how you found it with all of the dishes cleaned and put back as well as trash taken out before your departure. Please keep in mind that there are often guests checking in the same day you are checking out. 11. Enjoy your stay and all of the amazing things this city has to offer! 12. We do have GREAT wifi on the property but we cannot guarantee it will be working 100% all the time. Please contact us if it is down and we will do our best to restore it. Note that this may affect the cable connection if the wifi is down. 13. We also have the right to ask for additional documentation or security deposits. 14. No moving furniture, even temporarily. If furniture is moved and has to be put back in its original place it costs $100 per piece of furniture that needs put back 15. We prohibit firearms and other weapons on or near our property. Guests and anyone entering the property at any time during your reservation are strictly prohibited from bringing firearms and weapons on the premises or inside the property. The Guest booking the reservation will be solely responsible for all actions of any additional guests or people at our property. 16. Please make sure to read / sign the rental agreement (link provided once booking is confirmed) to confirm your reservation. NOTE YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE AGREEMENT IS ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED.
