Comfort Inn & Suites Chillicothe

Well let me start off by saying I’m living out of a hotel about 200 days out of the year in four states Iowa,Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri because of business. This hotel is the best by far. The best staff ever, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have like a happy hour on Mondays and Wednesdays with free food and drinks (beer,soda). The owner stays on top of the building super nice. Big shout out to the manager and cleaning manager for and clean enjoyable stay. If your ever traveling along 36 in Missouri make sure you stop and stay I guarantee you won’t regret it

Everyone we encountered during our stay were warm and welcoming. All public areas were clean and kept up. Breakfast was great.

The lady who checked us in, Taylor, was exceptional!!! She helped us in many ways. I would highly recommend she receive a raise!! I would also highly recommend people stay at this hotel. Thank you very much

A nice place to stay. It was clean and the personal were polite and professional. Breakfast was good but I love a bowl of cooked oatmeal which they didn't have (only instant). I loved the moose in the lobby!!! I gave it a 4 out of 5 because of the drunk and disorderly construction crew from Mainline that stayed here the night of 6-3-2023. They started drinking at Applebee's at around 6:00pm and were drunk, loud, disrespectful and disorderly and it continued until 1:30 in the morning.

In Missouri shopping for Amish furniture. After visiting Jamesport we stayed in Chillicothe for the night. Had reserved a room at this fairly new Comfort Inn and Suites. From the moment we entered, we recognized this hotel was different. Stood in line while the front desk clerk took a phone reservation. The minute she finished, she apologized to the three couples that were waiting to check in. We all assured her it was fine; she was just doing her job. She quickly checked us all in with a smile on her face. Every time we saw a staff member, the person smiled and greeted us. The entire hotel was sparkling clean. The next morning, we were greeted by the desk clerk, the breakfast room personnel, and the staff watering the plants outdoors. I don’t think that has ever happened at the highest end hotels we’ve stayed at in major cities. Wish the staff at the Joplin Comfort Inn we stayed at the night before would take some lessons!

I really liked the layout of the room with the sofa behind a small partition with the lamp in that corner. My husband and I don't go to bed at the same time or get up at the same time so it gives us a great place to hang out. Also the plug in on the right side of the counter in the bathroom was greatly appreciated.

The hotel was very nice . But our room had a none working air conditioner. Management had maintenance check it. But still did not work properly. Was offered another room. But it was heavy with a cleaning odor as a pet had been there Alyssa was the best, a record employee as she helped us get a refund with expidia. Which also had great employees.

went on week vacation, stayed at 3 different motels, this was the best one of the trip, check in was quick and easy, check in person was able to give me my military discount even though I didn't mention it when making reservation, had an elevator which was a plus, beds were super comfortable, place was very clean, breakfast was good, real plates and silverware, and the cookies were really good, they also had breakfast to go bags available, if we travel back that again, it will be our go to motel,
