Pearl Harbour Business Hotel

It was a great experience on our stay at the hotel Pearl. We had visited Sandip. We hired a car from the hotel with a driver. Alauddin was an excellent person. He helped us to accomplished the tour by staying always next to us. He also picked up from the airport on the day we arrived. We felt very safe and sound with him. We hired the car from hotel to Cox’es Bazar. Unfortunately he could not made it. We feel very sorry for that. He is a very nice individual. Also, we must mention about the hotel manager walli. He is such a great guy. Our chittagong trip been very much successful just becoz of his help and support. We wish both of them very good luck for their future.

Me and my family stayed here for three nights and we absolutely loved it,the staffs’ behaviour was superb and the lobby was nice and cosy.The room was very clean,comfortable and elegant, especially the beds which were so comfy.The breakfast was so yummy and delicious,and it was right next to Shangri La which is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the whole of Chittagong.Only concerns were no swimming pool but i did hear they are making one and the food in the cafe seemed a bit old.Besides those i would rate this stay a solid 4.6/5.

Pearl Harbour Business Hotel is the new name for this hotel. Located in the center of the city in a vibrant place where many stalls selling mainly shoes. Many shops, stalls and restaurants are few steps away. Room is very spacious, A/C and TV. All amenities in the toilet. Check in is very fast. Same for checking out. Breakfast is wonderful, omelette corner is unique. Friendly staff and great hospitality.

BW alliance hotel is so good hotel for staycasion and all staff of the hotel is very approachable, friendly and kind people. All food is good and arrangement is great. And thanks you Mr. Subas Das for very hospitality to us.

The hotel is good cleaned and comfortable,the crew also is approachable,the room is clean the food is good,breakfast,lunch,dinner etc. Mt. Subas Das is excellent staff and very nice to talk to, very clever and funny.

The staffs are amazing, they are so accommodating and helpful. Excellent service and good ambience. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Subs Das was great very approachable and nice.

Excellent room and service and food quality for complimentary breakfast. however, Food prices are to much that needs to review and priced less. the hotel is new, neat and clean. The hotel is placed however in the most suitable position of the commercial place of agrabad. Note: Talk to them first before arrival and make sure you receive all the facilities

One of the best Hotel in Chattrogram which is situated Agrabad area known as Commercial Hub of the town. Hotel CUSTOMER SERVICE is simply top notch & world class. Security guards are very welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped & guided me very efficiently to park my car in the basement which carried by a car lift. Front desk officers are very smiling faces, welcoming, cordial & friendly. Housekeeping, Bell boy, Room Service & Restaurant staffs are very prompt & efficient. All the staff of the hotel always shown CAN DO attitude. Sales guy (Mr. pranto) is also very pro active. I got instant reply at midnight 2AM regarding my reservation query which was incredible. I also got a call from Ms. Rani regarding our stay feedback query which is appreciated. Room has Lake & Karnafully River view. Room amenities are healthy. Morning breakfast can be improved & should refill once it is finished (Though it was last hour when we attended). Hotel food quality is very good & delicious. They have a nice Rooftop BBQ restaurant. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Best Western Alliance Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this wonderful hotel for my future visits. Highly recommended!
