Overall is good. When we checked-in and entered the room, there was a fly. Hotel provides an electric mosquito repellent in each room. Breakfast is nice, there are Indonesian traditional foods such as bakso (meatballs noodle soup), chicken porridge, lontong sayur, mung beans and black glutinous porridge, jamu (herbal drinks), etc.

We stayed 2 nights for business purpose. Our room had a fantastic view. The breakfast variety was quite extensive with a pretty good taste. The service from the front office, housekeeper, valet and restaurant staff was also good, they were very polite and efficient. There was only a small complaint about insects in the room, which was immediately handled by the staff that night, the hotel manager also gave us a pizza as compliment for our complaint.. thank you for the service provided :)

Great hotel with great view. Breakfast is good. The hotel use the walk-in shower which is a bit small for my size. Overall, worth it.

To be honest, feel so good to stay at Swissbel Dago Resort. Nice hospitality, good facilities and the room was very clean & comfy. And one thing for sure, BEST VIEW💜

A great breakfast spread, but the room was very old. I booked a balcony room thinking it would be an upgrade—turns out I was wrong, haha. It was on a lower level, noisy, and had no view. Lol. Definitely not coming back here.

Everything was exelent, from the moment i've arrive until im leaving. Good, friendly and helpfull staff, security, receptionis, and all member of the hotel. The breakfast also colourfull with so many different option of food, west food, italian food, local food with the perfect taste. recomended for staycation

Beautiful resort in the mountains. Very nice panoramic view of Bandung city. Very serene and quiet place. Peaceful ambience, away from the city life. The restaurant in the resort was great, affordable and delicious food. Netflix in the rooms as well. Overall a nice place to chill and relax.

Ive booked 3 rooms for 1 night stay,the location and the view was ok. But we got the room that located near to the streets so its very noisy and loud,if your a light sleeper i dont think you can rest well. And there are ants in the room..so im abit disappointed with the star givens to this hotel should avoid such things...

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room was extremely hot and unwelcoming. We turned on the air conditioning, hoping it would cool the room by the time we returned. Unfortunately, it didn't work. We had to call reception, and a mechanic informed us the air conditioning had issues and needed fixing, which was very inconvenient as it was already late at night. The receptionist offered to change our room, but since we requested a high floor, she suggested we move back the next day when we were checking out. Considering all the trouble, an upgrade or some form of compensation would have been more appropriate. When we asked to speak to the manager, he insisted on the same impractical solution, despite the late hour. Additionally, the hotel has very thin walls; we were disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep. This situation could have been avoided if the hotel checked each room's condition before allowing guests to occupy them. It was disappointing, especially since we booked months in advance. The hotel staff, including the managers, need better training in customer service and language skills, as many struggled with English.
