Located directly on the Cincinnati streetcar circuit, just a half block from the Aronoff Center, or a short walk to all the entertainment in Over the Rhine, Fountain Square, and Downtown. Newly furnished, main living space features a huge comfy sectional with oversized ottoman, 75" TV, and ample workspace for the business traveler.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Must shut off music and limit noise after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends, unless permission is obtained from neighboring units..The unit should be left in the same general condition as it was found. All furniture and miscellaneous items returned to their original locations.,The fire escape should only be accessed in the event of a true emergency..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Great location for city activities as well as easy highway access to the Cincy Open. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Helpful communication with owner. A fun dartboard too!

Convenient area for downtown events. Apartment was clean and updated and decorated very nicely. Air worked wonderful during heat wave. Host’s were communicative. 60+ steps to apartment so be prepared.
Great place to stay for value overall would stay there again!!

Great stay in OTR
Lovely apartment in a super convenient location. Owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment was super clean and well fitted out. Definitely recommend. But do be aware it is a lot of stairs!

This was a great place to stay. The steps are a little exhausting to get to the top floor, but once there everything was absolutely great! Highly recommended.

Awesome spot downtown Cincinnati!!
Literally less then a mile to the stadiums and easy walk for food, coffee or music!!
Highly recommended for anyone to stay here.

Great communication with host
We had a great stay with Robbie and his wife in Cincinnati. Their communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and always helpful, which made everything so easy. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Fantastic Property and Manager
The pictures dont lie. The apartment is very well kept. Beds are comfy and plenty of entertainment options. The shower never got very warm, which was tough in December but otherwise a fantastic stay. We had an issue with the thermostat and the manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy location with lots of space
Great place for us to crash. Comfy beds and lots of amenities. Nice place to relax and enjoy company or stage for a night out. Very walkable!
