The structure, built in the early 1800s, is today a comfortable holiday home fully furnished and equipped for self-catering. It is surrounded by a beautiful and large private garden, a Mediterranean forest and a cool pine forest, an ideal place to work in Smart Working. It borders the cycle-tourist route of the Apulian aqueduct. Bicycles available. The structure is composed of 8 cones that form a main body and an annex. The rooms are finely furnished and consist of: kitchen equipped with all accessories (stove, fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink), large living room (TV, two comfortable sofas and fireplace), three bedrooms (one double, one with two beds and one in an annex together with its bathroom) and two bathrooms (with shower and a washing machine).
