Park View is a 4 bed, 2 bath spacious home located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is conveniently located to local restaurants, schools, sporting events, and a short drive to many beautiful hikes and outdoor areas. This home is furnished to welcome anyone from a large family to a single guest in the area for work. We are just yards from walking trails and an accessible park, which was opened in 2022. The master bedroom is a queen bed with en suite bath and a large walk-in closet. The en suite is a full bath with a walk in shower, no tub. We have a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, that is perfect for kids and adults alike. The two additional bedrooms are both queen beds with large closet space. The living room has more than enough seating for our guests, a large smart tv, and electric fireplace that can be used on cold evenings. The dining room has a table with 8 chairs for family meals and adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a coffee pot (with coffee provided), and we also provide cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc). We also have a sunroom area with seating. This is a smaller room with a fold out futon where you will find books and family friendly games. Amenities: Complementary WiFi is provided at Park View which can accommodate streaming video and a work from home space with 1GB internet. A full-size washer and dryer is on-site along with complimentary detergent for use.
