My partner and I arrived about 20min early with our small 6lb service dog. We were told the room we booked didn't allow animals. We were then told to show our our service dog and what her training is. The front desk person want to know what services she provides which is against ADA rules to ask. I simply replied she is trained to provide service for my partner. I was then told we would be getting a full size bedroom after I had booked the king. I asked the price and was told $80/night + taxes. I pointed out that we booked a king for less and after some deliberation we were given an ada king size room at the honored price. The next morning we discovered the toilet did not flush properly. After plunging it ourselves it still did not function properly and we had to ask for a plunger again. The location is pleasant and the room was satisfactory but with constant toilet issues, we had to attempt to fix ourselves, and low water pressure it was not very enjoyable. Overall, if you're traveling solo or without service animals it will suffice for the price.
