В целом приятное пребывание. Дружелюбный и услужливый персонал, небольшие, но чистые номера, стабильное подключение к Wi-Fi, завтрак «шведский стол» со свежими фруктовыми соками, выпечкой, сыром, ветчиной, йогуртом и многим другим. Отель предоставляет шампунь/гель для душа/средство для умывания «все в одном», поэтому, если вам нужен кондиционер, вы можете взять его с собой.

Okay hotel. Needs renovation. Expensive parking. Breakfast option okay - nothing spacial. Internet was very slow.

Хорошо принят во время моего предыдущего пребывания. На этот раз, хотя я позвонил за день до приезда, чтобы узнать о доступе на парковку отеля, сотрудник, который пришел встретить меня на парковке, был не приветлив. Подозрительно, он дважды спросил мое имя, мне пришлось объяснить ему, что сотрудник накануне сказал мне по телефону, что у меня не будет проблем с парковкой. Затем у стойки он указал мне, что я пришел рано (11:45 вместо 12:00), но мне не придется доплачивать! Комната наконец-то была готова, я смог получить к ней доступ после оплаты проживания. В комнате царил ледяной холод, хотя перед этим в ней были заняты люди, это было по меньшей мере странно. Номер с устаревшим декором, мягким матрасом, но с хорошей ванной. Множество отличий от одного отеля Ibis Styles к другому. Мне, как участнику программы Accor уровня Silver, должны были предложить выпить, но этого не произошло. Так что не очень хороший опыт.

Отель был очень хорошим соотношением цены и качества, расположен прямо рядом со станцией метро Mairie del Clichy. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и услужливым, завтрак был хорошим, хорошо укомплектованным и свежим. Номера были удобными и чистыми, может быть, немного темноватыми, но тем не менее хорошими.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 5 дней. Мы остались очень хорошо. Отель в муниципалитете Клиши подключен к сети метро (около 50 м), чистый и хорошо отапливаемый! Действительно дружелюбный и услужливый персонал (они дают советы, предложения и, если могут чем-то помочь клиенту, не сдерживаются). Сильной стороной является завтрак с разными видами сыров, колбас и круассанами! В случае отсутствия можно спуститься в холл, там есть кофе, чай и сладости.(БЕСПЛАТНО).Единственный недостаток, но он не повлиял на оценку, это кровать, которую сделали из дивана-кровати (учитывая четырехместный запрос). какой-то мягкий, это неудобно! Я бы не вернулся в это место, если бы не персонал и его услужливое поведение. Каждый готов приветствовать вас и помочь вам. Особый привет Орфелии, Хусейну и Рашиду, которые большую часть времени были рядом, чтобы поддержать меня. Однако каждый был готов с улыбкой спросить о вашем самочувствии. Мы были в Париже на 18-летии моей дочери, это был наш первый визит в Париж. Я нервничал по поводу бронирования отеля, так как слышал кое-что о Париже и окрестностях, например, о том, что это клише, что это небезопасно. Я могу честно сказать, что это совершенно не соответствует действительности, клише настолько безопасно и красиво, отель чистый, номера маловаты, но мы были очень довольны нашими, и нас было четверо. Завтрак вкусный, ничего горячего, но отличный выбор, нам очень понравилось. Но звезда шоу - это настолько дружелюбный персонал, который изо всех сил старается для вас. Нам очень понравился Париж, нам очень понравился этот отель, и этот район определенно остановимся здесь снова, спасибо, ibis Styles, клише.

close to a subway station, not that far from many of the tourist attractions (maybe 6 to 7 stops), friendly staff, places to eat nearby

The hotel is amazing! It is rather small, but we loved that. The rooms were large enough and really pretty. The service was amazing and the staff was incredibly nice. It had a nice location in a semi residential area near a nice Italian restaurant and near a metro station.

Stayed for 4 nights in the family room on 5th floor, was pleased that sofa bed folded out to 2 separate beds as kids had their own bed. Room was a decent size for us. Breakfast was a very good offering and it set us up nicely each day. Appreciated that it was available from 6am-10am as this was good for both early starts and the days we wanted a bit of a longer lie. We also loved the sweets in reception area that were always available. Location was good, quick walk to metro which had us in the centre of Paris in about 20 mins and also some nice restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Beds were comfortable and lovely and clean. Some small issues - air con wasn’t very good and it was hot for October but we slept with windows open and that was fine (although a bit noisy in the street in the morning). Very slight damp smell but I think this is because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. Could do with a mirror at the desk as was hard to dry hair at plug at the door where the mirror was as hairdryer cord was short and plug was low. Staff could not have been more helpful, every person we came across was helpful and genuine, we really appreciated that. All in all, I would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to all the lovely staff!

This was a delightful hotel in the area of Clichy on the outskirts of Paris. I stayed with 4 other family members for the 2nd week of the Paralympics. The staff were wonderful, helpful and so pleasant to us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to give a special mention to Loua, Inesa, Fatima and Rachid who ensured that our stay ran smoothly. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets in the reception area were a nice surprise and much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and clean and the continental breakfast plentiful. All in all this is a very good hotel to use as a base for a visit to Paris and I would not hesitate to stay here again if the occasion arises. Thanks to all the above mentioned staff who looked after us so well.

This hotel is well located, not far from the central areas of Paris, but just far enough to get some peace and space. There is a metro station within 5 minutes walk which offers very frequent trains to central Paris. Also there are several cafes, restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We had a car with us and found the hotel parking very helpful, only 18 euros per night. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious by Paris standards, beds comfortable, very clean. One downside is that the air-con is controlled and cannot go any lower than 23 degrees, this was uncomfortably warm for us to sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, pastries, cheeses, ham, juice, teas and coffees - the hotel was busy but the staff worked hard to keep the food and drink supplies refreshed. Also there is cool water and other refreshments available in reception all day. The area around the hotel seemed quite safe to us, even after dark.

Stayed here in May with my boyfriend, his daughter and her friend for the Taylor Swift concert. Overall the hotel seemed to be very nice. Reception was friendly, breakfast (the first night) was very good. During the second night there was a power outage. We only realized this the next morning when we arrived in the breakfast room, to find this empty and without breakfast. No pro-active communication from the hotel. When we asked what was going on, they told us there was a power outage which was being worked on. We could have our breakfast in another Ibis around the corner (budget) and it was definitely less good, in a stuffed basement with shouting kids. Less to choose from as well. At night, still no update or no electricity. They kept assuring us things were going to be fixed any time now. Off we went to discover the city. At the end of the day we returned to get ourselves prepared for the concert. Still no power. A cold shower was all we could have, and make-up was applied in nearly dark. Boyfriend stayed in the hotel as he had to work, but again no light nor wifi. In the middle of the night the power finally went on and woke us up. The next morning, no apologies from the hotel. When checking out I demanded a partial refund, since there was absolutely a lack of communication or feeling of responsibility. I totally understand things like these can happen, but it is the way they are dealt with that counts. I did not obtain anything as the receptionist couldn't take such decisions. Instead I got the email address of the manager. It has now been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for a response, after sending multiple emails. I just called the receptionist who told me he did relaunch the email to the manager, but that it was up to him whether he felt like responding or not. I think itis an absolute disgrace to treat customers this way. I always stayed at Ibis but I will think twice about booking again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast spread was limited but good. A minute's walk away from the metro station. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us get around the city as well. Rooms were small but cleaned well everyday. The sofa-cum-bed was a bit creaky but now a show stopper. Overall, we would definitely want to come back here, particularly because of the warm Parisian hospitality of the people who run the place.
