Отзывы об отеле Serela Cihampelas

Bandung I'm in LOVE and always here if stay in Bandung nearby Cihampelas

Overall bagus, tapi air di kamar mandi mengendap sampe banjir

We booked four rooms during our stay. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not as clean as expected. My child and my mother, who stayed in that room, experienced itchiness, which made us concerned about the room's cleanliness. We also noticed that the pillows and bed sheets in the other rooms had visible stains, and the towels did not appear to be thoroughly clean. However, the hotel's location is excellent—it's directly across from Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk), making it very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially in assisting us with parking arrangements despite the limited parking space.

Stayed at Serela Cihampelas Bandung and had a decent experience. The location is good and convenient for getting around. Amenities are average, but still acceptable and match the price offered. Overall, a fair stay for those looking for value for money.

bilik ok nice, but the toilet need more to clean

Comfortabke room. Near indomaret, ciwalk... Many souvenir shop along the street..

Booked on behalf of my family, clean place, simple breakfast. The room space a bit small and hard to solat but very close to ciwalk! Literally right in front of the building.

Location superb, friendly staffs. Hundred percent Recommended

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, within walking distance. Indomart is also next to hotel.

Better and cleaner than other serela hotels, only some appliances needs replacing Good value

The staff at the reception were unfriendly, the food level is so bad and it’s not clean .

Pelayanan ramah

Terrible experience! I will never return to this hotel! I extended my holiday in Bandung and, without checking reviews, chose this place—what a huge mistake. The room was old and filthy, leaving me extremely disappointed. It had an awful smell, and the bathroom was just as bad, with terrible odors. To top it off, the water pressure was so poor, it was impossible to take a proper shower. I deeply regret staying here; the condition of the room was absolutely awful!

Much love to stay at the hotel but i hope the hotel mgt try to reduce the smell of the room (smell like wet towel usable).
