Комната была просторная, чистая и уютная. Ванная с ванной это конечно здорово. За цену, на которую нельзя жаловаться, Завтрак «шведский стол» также был отменен.

Если не считать носков, свисающих с потолка, это кажется хорошим местом для остановки на одну ночь. Я приехал во время Кельнского карнавала и остался доволен, потому что цена была вполне разумной.

這家酒店是沒有電梯的，然後服務員給我們一家四口安排在三樓，對，就是國內的四樓。我帶着兩個孩子，把很沉的行李扛到三樓後就廢了。體力好的可以來嘗試一下。 還有一點需要注意，科隆火車站邊上有兩家這個連鎖酒店，千萬要讓司機按照定位來找你，不要按照名字，因為另外一家酒店離火車站更近。

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Berk, and always willing to help with any questions. The rooms were comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also perfect, close to key attractions and public transport.

I've had a single room, which was pretty spacious and had everything I need. Location is also closeby to central station. All staff members are welcoming and accommodating.

Very comfortable and adorable place with great and amazing staff, special thanks to Berk and Lilith, they were very nice and kind and always ready to help you. The hostel is located very close to central station and Dom Koln cathedral and you can easily get wherever you want from hostel just by walk. It was amazing experience, we’ll be back for sure!

I had an excellent stay there. The hotel is place close to the train station and one of the beautifull kölln church. It's safe so I felt confortable moving around at anytime of the day. The staff was warm and efficient, they helped me enjoy my stay so much (I had no working phone and computer there so I relied on them for my visit). I will totally come back !! My room had a nice view on the church that send me on a quest to visit the 12th other ones. It's also close to the cathedral and and the panaroma on the Rhein. The only thing i missed i believe was a little bed lamp for reading at night. Tip: if you come there through the Hauptbahnoff, it faster to go to the hostel from the breslauer platz side. Thanks again to the a&o hostel team!!

Garbage cans were not changed , dubble booked but only sheets and towels for one! Horrible place, cold room , dirty and not pleasant at all , banana and orange peel among other stuff in garbage bin, and the bin in bathroom were not empty either

The room was definitely not cleaned as hair was still in the bathroom when we arrived. We only received bedding for one person, we only got a second one after asking the staff 3 times. And even then it was the wrong one.

Affordable central place to sleep and friendly personelle. Too much noise from a bar during the night. Everything looks nice and the room has tastefull interior decoration. The reliabliby of water temperature leaves some to wished for and the bathtube must be for decoration only.

Overnight stay in Cologne as part of interrailing trip. One adult and two teenagers - booked a family room that had two bunks and two singles and a private bathroom. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, everything clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t struggle with noise at all - I note previous experience reviews have had issues due to noise from the trains - it was particularly cool early August so we were able to leave the windows closed. I did sleep with earplugs however I’m not convinced it was necessary- the teenagers slept well! Would be happy to stay again.

It was a nice stay, we had booked 2 rooms for 4 guests but only 2 could make it, on our request they cancelled the second room on the day of check in. We hadn't opted for breakfast but since they could not refund the amount we were offered breakfast for the entire stay. We were told to pay some 50 euros which was some kind of tax. We were not explained the breakup of the billing, I should have asked. Overall a decent stay, some comments. 1. We were charged for late checkout in spite of the fact that we had mentioned checkout at 3.00 am 2. We were charged for breakfast even on the day of checkout. 3. Towels and sheets charge was for all days, sheets were never changed and we had to ask for fresh towels. Please ask for a breakup of charges while check in.
