We traveled from out of state with family and friends, only to be completely ignored by the host on the day of check-in. No arrival instructions were provided, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response. The host’s lack of communication and responsibility left our group scrambling at the last minute to find alternative accommodations. If you’re planning to stay in the area, I strongly recommend choosing a different home rental.

Fit our needs Neighborhood was not the best. House next door was boarded up and cars were racing around during the night. Bed were not comfortable. But host was very responsive.

Great Stay We had a great stay at this home. The pictures reflected the property as it is. Very quiet neighborhood and clean home, great communication with host. Will definitely rent again in the future!

Clean and nice inside the house House was in not such a good neighborhood. The internet did not work. The cost for the cleaning was way to high. There needs to be more adequate seats. Hard for everyone to find a place to sit. It is very nice and clean on the inside of the house.

Responsive Host / Just the Right Size for Us Great, responsive host. Always replied quickly to my messages. The house was just the right size for our family. Rooms were just as expected and shown online.Looks like recently remodeled (seems like a lot of that is going on in this neighborhood). Nice choices of fixtures, tile, flooring, etc. My only "complaint" would be that there is a bit of maintenance/upkeep need. Kitchen faucet was very loose, as were both of the toilets. Beds were comfortable.

Concord Visit Host was great and very responsive. Kitchen could use more utensils and dishes but the home was very clean and updated.

Great stay close to downtown concord We very much enjoyed our stay! Lauriene was an amazing host! Checked in on us to make sure we made it okay and had helped us with links for the moving process to the area. She was always easily accessible for any questions! We would definitely stay again if we need to visit again before moving.
