This great 2 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation spot is located just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Erie! The Tis’ Time house is a clean, accommodating, furnished duplex! We rent both sides! Equipped with everything you might need!
The bathroom, kitchen and linen closet are all fully stocked, every room has a working TV and ROKU hookup & Wi-Fi is also provided! Enjoy a cold drink on the back deck or walk down to the yummy restaurants a few blocks away! The couch is a pull-out bed for additional sleeping space. The whole apartment is yours when you stay! No pets.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We do not have a crib at this property..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

My family enjoyed our stay and will be returning for sure. Very clean smelled great. Everything at your fingertips. I have already have plans for our next stay to rent out both apartments for my entire family so they can enjoy the lake like we did. Thank you again.

Great girls trip
This cozy comfy little place was perfect for us, 2 sisters and our mom! The location was very convenient to all the things you need and want to do! Will def be back!

Very comfortable & close to everything
As soon as we walked in the door we felt comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. We visit our grandson every year but, as we have gotten older it isn't easy to accommodate a staircase several times a day. This one story cottage is perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk to the park and several restaurants. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. Our new #1 VERBO in Conneaut OH. Thanks again to the hosts, we really enjoyed our stay. Heavenly Ice-cream was great.

'Tis Time
Wonderful property and location. Owner was especially
helpful when we were snowed in and need help.

Exactly As Advertised
Our stay was wonderful. We arrived to a perfectly clean property. There was a binder containing plenty of helpful information so that we could make the most out of our time in Conneaut. The property is located only a few blocks away from the water and some restaurants, yet it was still very quiet! Would highly recommend staying here; it’s a hidden gem!

Fun weekend with family
We came to town to help celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. The house was exactly what we needed. Minimal decor with plenty of space for our stuff, clean, and secure. Front door code worked perfect, no worries about lost keys. Lots of extra sheets, towels, and pillows. The kitchen had just enough to make light meals and coffee. Really close to the lake, beach, park, and quaint stores. I would rent here again!

Great Property
The unit was in great condition with all appointments and a good location. My stay was offseason so I spent a lot of time indoors. Very comfortable. It's close to the city lakefront, good for in season stays.
