It also features an all brick 2 sided propane fireplace. It's in a private, safe, gated Community with many amenities. Parking for up to 5 cars. The private Community has 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, a swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple basketball courts, multiple tennis courts, & multiple playgrounds including a dog run. Pets allowed with prior approval. Community charges for use of Pools and Lakes. 1-3yrs old free, all other guests $12 but only on days you decide to use them. You can acquire passes at entrances of pools and lakes. Credit cards accepted. Private 4-6 person Hot Tub for your enjoyment on side deck of house. Hot Tub Availability Mid March until November.
