Excellent Location, but Room for Improvement in Services The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to the lake and a beautiful surrounding area. Regarding amenities, while there are several options (sauna, gym, steam bath), the overall experience does not match that of other Marriott hotels I have visited. There were some shortcomings in the room that should not have been present. For instance, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and I had to notify the reception. Items such as toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided in the room but could be collected from the entrance. I would prefer these essentials to be available in the room initially. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not as rich as in other Marriott locations. There was a delay in the process of entering the restaurant, with only one staff member handling guest seating. This occasionally led to wait times of up to 10 minutes during peak hours (notably on 4 out of the 8 days of my stay). However, the staff was impeccable—extremely polite, professional, and always willing to assist. If some improvements are made in amenities and organization, the hotel could offer a more complete and enjoyable stay.

The location is both highly desirable and visually stunning, offering an ideal setting that combines beauty and convenience. Its picturesque charm makes it an attractive choice for various purposes, whether for leisure, events, or as a serene retreat. The surroundings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also provide a sense of warmth and welcoming ambiance, creating a perfect balance between practicality and elegance.

We really enjoy the stay at the hotel. It is a good location and we are lucky enough to have a free upgrade, so we can enjoy the lovely river view! Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit dated. Appreciate the room with river view. Breakfast was moderate, staff friendliness could be improved.

Excellent location by the canal and easy to get around some major attractions.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

It is a good hotel and would recommend it. It is not in the heart of the city which is a walking distance to tivoli gardens about 15 minutes

It’s an ok hotel, love the location and as well helpfulness of staff. A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Missing my credit to my Hilton Bonvoy account.

Abit far from town

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

酒店的地理位置十分優越，靠各處景點都很近，離趣伏裏公園也非常近，開車幾分鐘就到了，到機場也衹需要20分鐘左右。房間乾淨整潔，衞生間下手不通暢，希望儘早改進。早餐是純西餐，品質還不錯。

酒店雖然不是在市中心，但是在運河旁，我們定的不是河景，不過和前台説了讓她給了間河景房，非常nice！酒店到火車站不遠，走十幾分鍾就到了非常方便；去新港和名店街也在三十分鐘之內，不要太方便！酒店衞生OK，每天都會來搞衞生，不過沒有牙刷這些用品，我們自帶了，也沒有找酒店拿！酒店早餐不錯，cafe很好喝，不是latte也不是cappuccino（也不錯）
