The gourmet kitchen has a huge island with a built in wine/beverage fridge, and bar stools for 4. The dining room has space for 10, and can be used as a work or game area too. Large sectional and an easy chair makes a cozy area for conversation or watching TV. WiFi is included. Enjoy the patio with a picnic table that seats 6-8, additional chairs, gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach. Community pool is close by, and also the pickleball court, exercise room and the clubhouse. The Salty Rim bar/restaurant is at the entrance of our community. Just a few minutes walk to the beach makes this a super location! Across the street is the Currituck Lighthouse and the historic Whalehead Club park. The 4 x 4 beach area is a short distance where the Wild Horses can be seen, there are several different tour companies available for booking.
