We booked a poolside apartment which was such a mistake.So we immediately rang Jet 2 to find us a different hotel.To be fair to Jet 2 they were very responsive and tried to reallocate us ,but as it was festival time all hotels for our 12 day stay were full. The kitchen was dilapidated with blistered surfaces, dreadfully scratched mini hob controls and a door which no longer closed. When we arrived there was no soap or a towel in the downstairs bathroom.The towels were the strangest I`ve known ,absolutely non absorbent. The shower leaked, the dated bathroom unit had a discoloured top and a flickering light. The bedroom had 2 single beds,hard pillows and no chest of drawers. The message inside the apartment had a most unwelcome message regarding any key loss. Non of the guests I met were happy with the accommodation. I helped a couple who unfortunately locked themselves out literally on arrival from the Uk. As there is no one available outside set hours we rang the Jet 2 helpline who were very helpful thank goodness, eventually a very angry receptionist arrived to help the couple in. To be fair the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.

Toilet sear loose shower leaking all over floor, door to shower don't close. Glasses were on top shelf of kitchen cupboards, only way to reach them would be to stand on a chair! Sofa in living area was impossible to sit on without putting a pillow from the bedroom on first. Scum round pool and screen round the pool area was dirty never seen anyone cleaning it when we were there. Never seen anyone from reception all the time we were there. Only thing these apartments have going for it is its close proximity to the restaurants and beach.

Don't get me wrong the views are amazing from our two bed apartment and patio/balcony area extremely good with new sunbeds. The apartment is very clean but stops there access via the complex to the beach gate turn left into restaurant and doors to apartments lots of steps this hallway doesn't lock that needs sorting.The sofa so used dirty and uncomfortable. Bedrooms very basic but beds comfy and so quiet especially when there is a restaurant below the apartments, not noisy at all. Kitchen what kitchen? Too basic 4 people would struggle these days people want dishwashers and washing machines no room in here. Bathroom water problems with the flow of water in shower you could get burnt or a cold shock. Area wasted between the two bedrooms and when it rains the tiles on the floor are lethal no warnings at all. The cleaner was very pleasant changed towels twice and gave all the floors a good clean. Pool area not to our taste but looked quite old tired there was glass screening around pool but looked dirty but when you have the beach on your doorstep we didn't need the pool area. You are very central for restaurants shops supermarkets. We came on a jet 2 package holiday I certainly wouldn't pay the prices later in the year for this accommodation there are plenty of other options. Like at the start of my review you cannot put a price on the tranquility and balcony view. All in all been a good 7days away weather not been brilliant but there is always something to do in corralejo.

Four of ladies of a certain age arrived here dreading what we would find but were very happy. We are in room DO1 which has an internal entrance. There are some of the two beds which are accessed behind the restaurant but it’s not complicated just go through the beach gate and turn left. Our apartment is on one level. One double bedroom and one twin. It’s very clean and newly painted. The second bedroom is across a little courtyard. Great for drying towels. Well fitted out. A hairdryer is provided as well tea towels washing up liquid etc in the kitchen. It’s perfect for us with four sun loungers on the balcony over looking the sea.

just returned from 1 week at these apartments, location is spot on restaurants and bars a few mins walk away and beach is 2 min walk through a gate. Rooms are on 2 levels unfortunately the aircon is on the lower floor with a celing fan in the bedroom, comfy big kingsize bed but only 1 bedside cabinet though, so not a lot of drawer space no change of bed linen for a 7 day stay. we arrived late Friday and pool wasn't cleaned until Monday morning (should really be daily) there is a screen around the pool which doesn't seem to of been cleaned for some time and the entry gate to pool needs oiling as it made a horrendous noise every time opened/closed. we had a late pickup but checkout is 11 am unfortunately they offer no shower room or courtesy room to freshen up after a day in the sun, there is a room to lock luggage in and there are toilets down stairs but these were absolutely disgusting they smelt and have not been cleaned for quite a while. Corralejo is a lolvely resort and would go back again but not to these appartments as there doesnt seem to be much care and attention to details that can be important which is a shame because they could be made so much better

Arrived on time had to wait 90 minutes before room was ready first thing we discovered was no hot water so were unable to shower this was still the case in the morning, we were told by staff no hot water until the sun heats up tank?? The pool is very dirty and un maintained big bag of smelly rubbish at front door which we asked to be removed wasn’t done until noon following day when we did manage to use the shower it flooded the bedroom We have had leave and get alternative accommodation at our own expense DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
