Barceló Corralejo Sands

Had a Great Weeks stay at this hotel. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the old town/ harbour, also supermarket and fashion shops close by. We were allocated a 1st floor bedroom with balcony and pool view. It was super, large and comfortable and very clean, also had good air conditioning and tea making facilities. The pool area was very clean and well appointed, there was a small queue for sunbeds at 9am. The restaurant was good and also had the benefit of being partially outside and men didn't have to wear trousers which was a benefit for me. Breakfast was good with a wide choice, dinner was the same. The waiting staff were particularly helpful and friendly as Indeed were other staff members. Overall we had a great week, only niggle was poor WiFi

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and very spacious – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The highlight for me was definitely the gym. It’s hands down the best hotel gym I’ve ever come across, with everything you need for CrossFit or functional fitness. If you’re a gym-goer, you’ll be more than happy here. We went half board, and the food didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was always fresh, with delicious omelettes made to order every day. Dinner was just as good – different themed nights with plenty of choice, including great vegetarian options. The staff were all so friendly and polite, which really made the experience feel even more welcoming. For families, the facilities are great. The kids’ pool has a fun pirate ship slide, which my son loved, and there’s also a kids’ club on site – perfect for giving the little ones a break from the sun. The main pool looked lovely too, but it did get very busy, so we tended to stick to the kids’ pool. The location was ideal – right by the strip, which has everything you need and makes for a nice evening stroll after dinner. Plus, there’s a beautiful beach only 10 minutes away by bus called Grandes Playas, near the RIU hotel. The soft sand and clear water make it a must-visit during your stay. All in all, this hotel is a brilliant choice for both friends and families looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. We would definitely return!

Just returned from a 10 night stay here, we had a fabulous time. The staff were all fantastic, the staff in the pool bar were particularly helpful and took time to show us the menus and explain how everything worked. The animation team were all friendly, we enjoyed the aqua gym, daily challenge and the evening entertainment. This hotel is perfect if you want a clean, relaxing break where everything is taken care of. If you want all day / evening entertainment and a lively bar area, this possibly isn't the hotel for you as it is a bit more relaxed but it was perfect for what we wanted. Buffet food was good quality with lots of choices, what you would expect in a buffet with theme nights most nights. Pool bar menu was excellent. The theatre bar was also great with lovely cocktails. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to all for an enjoyable holiday.

It's very welcoming as a solo traveller. It's very clean, food is lovely and the staff are wonderful. Entertainment is aimed more for families. I booked 2 weeks before I flew out. I wasn't disappointed at all. I'd come back!

This hotel is highly recommended. This is our third stay at the Barceló Corralejo Sands and we will be back ! The hotel is extremely well maintained, the cleanliness is exceptional and the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal, close to a supermarket, lots of icecream parlours and restaurants. There is also a good array of bars offering great evening entertainment.

This was our 6th visit to this wonderful hotel and it just never disappoints . We stayed half board which we don't normally do but it was fine . Stayed in room 1253 which was a lovely room overlooking pool and outside bar area. Nice to sit out on balcony in the evening and listen to the entertainment. Pool area was lovely and clean.. tidy and spotless as usual .always able to get sun bed . We ate in restaurant a few times for evening meal which was really good . Plenty of choice . At the beginning of our week we came back to our room and there was a bottle of Cava and chocolates waiting for us !! It was such a nice thing to do , with a lovely note for us too .After that ,everyday we was left little treats like creams , lotions , chocolates , bottles of coke etc and extra water , which came in handy as it was so warm . It was such a lovely gesture . It made our holiday ..and this is why we keep booking to stay again . Thankyou again to everyone at Barcelo corralejo sands xx
