H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only

Wow another amazing two weeks stay at this hotel. Our welcome/check in went smoothly, requested a “high floor” and that’s what he had. All areas of the hotel are spotless outside and inside, a credit to the hotel management and staff. Marina was helpful as usual and was always “out and about” if there were any problems house a guest relations person she was brilliant. We booked the “Privilege” package and again were not disappointed. We went several times to both restaurants and there was no need to complain. We ate in the Miradoor was as excellent, the staff lead by the very competent manager Aaron, like all of the staff, nothing too much problem. The themed restaurant was excellent to also the (new) Italian restaurant was amazing. The spa and hairdresser were exceptional as well, good value for the money. The hotel is well positioned with the sea and promenade within inches. We have already booked for January 2025 a wonderful place/hotel for a winters break. Thank you H10 Gran Tinerfe. Recently returned from a wonderful break at this hotel thanks to the wonderful staff from grounds men to directors that are always visible around the hotel and always greet you. Been to this hotel too many times to count but at least 35 times in maybe 15 years. Hotel is in a great position by the beach with great walks along the prom both ways. We went AI plus Priv . One of the reason I love this hotel is how friendly the staff are and many of them have been there a long time. No reserving sun beds is endorsed so what ever time you wish to sit around the pool you will get a bed. The new Italian restaurant is a bonus to book while you’re there, open Thursday , Friday and Saturday. If I had to say one negative thing and this is only a very small point that does not effect this wonderful hotel is it is a little tied in some corridors but I’m sure this will be address soon. Great stay at the H10 Gran Tenerif. Decorated the room and upgraded us to a suite for my husbands 50 th. Clean hotel, lots of room and sun beds. Friendly staff, nice cocktails. Great location. One heated pool in the winter. Amazing food and facilities. Would definitely return.

I have been to this hotel numerous times but having been widowed recently this was my first solo trip. I was a little apprehensive being on my own so only had 4 nights. I could have stayed a week. I stayed privilege as usual and it did not disappoint. I was looked after from the moment I stepped in the door. The privilege receptionist booked me a table at El Mirador for my 4 nights. The 2 ladies in the restaurant looked after me snd I didn’t once feel uncomfortable eating on my own. The receptionist even came to check on me the-next day to see if I was ok The food was excellent as always and I have no complaints about anything at all. I’m sorry I didn’t get the staffs names but thank you everyone for making my first solo trip so nice. I can’t wait to come back

When we arrived, we were allocated a room which had problems with the toilet and the bathroom. Kamila at the reception desk was very helpful in sorting this out, even though the hotel was very busy All the reception staff we dealt with were well informed, polite and patient. As a vegetarian, I would like to thank the head waiters and all the kitchen staff who made sure they there was plenty of choice for us in the buffet restaurant. I noticed that they later labelled it vegetarian corner which was useful because it meant it was easy to see what was on offer. I would like to thank the chefs and also the lovely people who cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning, and made sure the food was constantly replenished even when they had a large influx of groups. The rooms were very clean. The manager of the hotel has instigated a culture of kindness and helpfulness.

Paid €18 to use the safe for one week. Receptionist said we also had to pay €10 deposit which we would get back when we returned the key. Got a slip with the deposit paid underlined. On checking out a different receptionist said there was no such arrangement and would not give us our €10 back. Total scam by the reception staff!!!!

The first room was terrible. Builders above us were working from 07.00. Bed was hard and not sleepable. Room was dirty. This was solved later on by switching and upgrading. Food buffet was ok but not special. Not really worth the all inclusive. Entertainment team was not really good. Shows at night average. Too expensive overall Staff was friendly.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Me and my wife traveled for our wedding anniversary. We opted for the privilege package and it did not disappoint. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the hotel. No complaints with the food we tried everything on offer and all were brilliant. The entire staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. The animation team were also superb and we joined in as many activities as we could. We arrived home feeling well looked after and great memories of a great holiday. We will be returning to Tenerife in July but unfortunately to a different hotel because Gran Tinerfe is adults only. we will be bringing our children with us to experience the beautiful island of Tenerife. We will Return to H10 Gran Tinerfe again as soon as we can. Easy 5 star rating for me and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you H10 for a fantastic holiday.

A very nice hotel, great location. Walk out of the hotel you’re on the beach turn left or right for lovely views Very friendly attentive and helpful staff, especially in the dining areas. One negative but it did not detract from a great holiday. Why no coffee machine in the room? Yes for those privilege guests but not for the other 80% Come on H10 you can do better
