Large kitchen, living room, dining area, fireplace, screened porch, laundry room, and plenty of free parking. 1 mile to historic Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants, bars, music, local wineries and tastings, & unique shops. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, and Blazin M Ranch. Walk to Verde Valley Hospital. Residential neighborhood. No parties or pets. Home is on a dead end street. No 3rd party bookings permitted.
Spring 2023: Home has an additional 600 sqft guest suite on the far side of the home with its own private entrance. and is not part of this rental. The suite guest utilizes the driveway to access their private entrance only. Did not disappoint!
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The house was very clean and roomy. The screened in porch was delightful, I wish I had some down time at the house to enjoy it more. The rooms were perfect with a tv in each one. The beds were on the firmer side, which worked well for me, but my companion prefers a softer bed. She travels with a bed cover for this reason, so it worked out. The location to downtown Cottonwood and the wineries was great as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely pick this location again.

Harmonious Home Away From Home
One of the few places we've stayed where the pictures did not do the property justice.Open, spacious, and well appointed. Everyone was comfortable.

5 Star Venue!
I have frequently used the VRBO platform for travel both in and out the US and in my opinion this venue was top notch…spacious, well appointed, and super clean…easy access and comfortable beds…lovely sun room and also outdoor area with grill…what more could you ask for!!!!????

Cottonwood Stay 10 out of 10!
What a great place to stay for the week with our family in Cottonwood! The home is immaculate and clean with a back porch and outside area for great family fun! The kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. Such a delight to stay in a place that seriously thinks about what guests really need! We would highly recommend staying here! The communication with the host was superb and we had such a great stay and created many memories to last a lifetime!

Dead Horse Ranch
Great trip with family who were staying at Dead Horse Ranch State Park. VRBO was very close to park and other great attractions!

Lifelong friends
This property was perfect! Easy to find, easy to check in once my friends settled down so I could hear instructions.!The house was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, with touches of Valentines decor, so sweet and appreciated! Very generous amenities, well stocked linen closet with everything you might need, thank you for that! The kitchen had everything! Coffee, sugar, salt pepper oil, everything you might need, and a basket with goodies in the kitchen for us. So generous, and we felt cared for! I highly recommend this property for a quick weekend or a long vacation. Plenty to see and do. Thanks again!

Great Property. Would Stay Again.
Great property and location. Spacious and clean. We were a family of four adults. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Kitchen stocked. Check in/out process easy. Owners responsive provided recommendations. The property is in a residual area; and there is a place to park your vehicle, maybe two. It is a 3-5 minute drive to Old Town. Old Town has many restaurants and shops. Sedona is about a 15-20 minute drive. Would stay here again.

Comfort in Cottonwood
The house was very clean and spacious. Amenities were plentiful and the location offered easy access to Old Town Cottonwood and the many outdoor activities available in the area. DDefinitely only problem
