located in Central city of coventry. you feel the safety of this hotel is extremely high standard. very convenient to visit coventry university and sightseeings.

This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business trips. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)

房間大小還不錯，酒店位置也很贊，去市中心很近。前台的工作人員非常熱情，我的房卡出了一點小問題，工作人員解決的非常耐心！酒店早餐是自助點餐制，點了一份英式早餐，量真的很大，口味也很正宗，贊！

very good stay, I have been to this hotel a few times and this was the best stay yet. a definite improvement on previous stays. Bed very comfortable and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful overall. will stay here again and would recommend it.

Lovely room , great location. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Alex was great really friendly and professional thank you for a great stay and keeping our dinner for our return from our night out. Food was lovely and great price. Ryan and Joanne

Free upgrade room which was appreciated. Lots of power sockets large room comfy bed. Ideal location in centre of town. Staff all very friendly and breakfast great value. For new Year's Eve price was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The room was good but did not like the breakfast arrangement as we had to book it and the crossiants kept finishing aswell and took long to refill Plus the parking was very expensive and found it a bit difficult to get to and from the car park to the hotel Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay at this location again.

We had a big room on the 5th floor. The kids especially enjoyed the view from the window. I liked that everything was modern and clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine and good value to have the kids eating for free. In this Premier Inn they took orders at the table for cooked breakfast which meant everything was hot and fresh. Obviously it's more convenient and cheaper to have hotel parking but it worked fine using the multistorey car park, and it was very close. It's cheaper to download the NCP app before entering the car park and you then scan a QR code in the app to enter. You get 15 minutes parking outside the hotel to check in and unload luggage, so you've got to be quick.

Booked a double room only to find this hotels ideal of a double room is 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single mattress. Awful nights sleep. Staff at breakfast could not have been nicer but we warned it’s not the usual PI breakfast - it’s not a buffet. Not worth £11. Staff at check in could not have been any less interested. I felt like my arrival was an inconvenience for them. I’d avoid this hotel if I was in the area again.
