Wow. What a stunning venue. You can feel the building as much as see its grandeur. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and although we didn’t try the spa or facilities, I loved all our experiences here.

Here’s my experience: **Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Beautiful grounds and building, lovely leisure facilities including the pool and steam room. Very nice stay would recommend.

Great hotel rooms had everything we needed the reception staff and bar staff were fantastic. We eat in the restaurant the first night the staff and food we’ve a let down . The food was poor and never asked by the staff if the food was ok . But overall our Stay  was  good

We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10.

Lovely room for my father with easy access bathroom. Spacious and nice view too. Enjoyed food in hotel restaurant

The old building is fascinating and amazing, the new building is modern and very comfortable. Breakfast food quality was excellent, and the staff were great. Enjoyed sitting on the terraces on an evening with a drink, taking in the views. Highly recommended.

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

Had such a lovely break, beautiful pool and facilities. Breakfast service great, would love to return, only one hour from home.
