In the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat in southern Finistère in the Bay of Douarnenez, close to beaches, shops, harbour, restaurants, etc., this bright and comfortable new modern house is perfect for holidays with friends or family. The house sleeps up to 7 people and is best rented for stays of at least 2 weeks during the summer. The 120 m² single-storey house, set in 600 m² of land, comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, a fitted and equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room opening onto a wooden terrace with a large built-in jacuzzi that is in use all year round (please allow for the electricity budget depending on the season). There is a large petanque court at the rear of the house. The beach is 800 m from the house, where you can enjoy swimming and water sports. Pets are not allowed.
