Enjoy the amazing Oregon coast with a spectacular view of the coastline from this completely remodeled 2 bedroom condo in Brookings, Oregon. Private access to Rainbow Rock Beach directly out the front door of the condominium. Free parking for a single car or truck. No RV's, boats or camper vans allowed. We are 1 mile north of Brookings, and have multiple delivery services in the area (Doordash, Oregon Delivers). About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Only 1 vehicle is allowed without permission. RVs, trailers etc. are not allowed. If you will be having more than one vehicle please reach out to me..No animals at all. That includes no service animals..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

We absolutely love this condo! It was our second time here. Check in is easy, check out is no big deal, and everything you need is there. Plus very close to town and Boardman Park.

Amazing getaway
We absolutely love Brookings and we love Rainbow Rock but this particular unit exceeded our expectations. We didn’t do too much because we were so happy to just hang out and enjoy the amazing view. We are already planning our return trip!!!

Relaxing
This property fit our needs. Beautiful and comfortable. View was fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is a shade on the windows in the nook area. Neighbors and people walking the trail can see in, so it felt like a fish bowl at times.

The views were beautiful from Brooks place overall very quiet and enjoyable! The trail to the beach was a bit steep for me personally. However once down the beach was awesome!

Billion dollar view!!
The condo was spotlessly clean, and no picture could do justice to the fabulous view. Except for a short power outage, everything worked as expected. We would most definitely stay at this location again.

Quiet spectacular view
The location was convenient to Samuel H Boardman seashore. We hiked many of the trails during our stay. Viewing the ocean from the balcony is pleasant with humming birds, coastal flowers, and rock formations below. The owners are very helpful and offered informational very quickly. The bcomfortable

Pre-wedding stay
Our daughter decided that she wanted an Oregon coast wedding with just her father, sister, and I in attendance. We rented Watch the Waves for its spacious rooms and area for her to get ready in. It was PERFECT in every way. The location, the views, the amenities….all exceptional. All of the little extras meant so much to us. She had her dream wedding in the Samuel H Boardman coastal area and Watch the Waves will always be a part of our memories of this day. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

Beautiful, luxury awaits!
Brook's condo is very spacious and well laid out. The decor is beautiful and everything very comfortable. The views from the large windows are spectacular! The kitchen has nice high end items to cook with. Several trails through the woods as well as down to the beach kept us hiking. Just far enough away from town to feel secluded but a 5 minute drive gets you to groceries and restaurants. 10 stars in our book!
