I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right by the lake. I want to specifically thank the butler who took great care of my room. His name is Mr. Jin Can (金灿). He was very helpful, he communicated very clearly in all situations, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He helped me out with great halal restaurant recommendations nearby, I told him about my expected arrivals and departure, and he calmly arranged both airport pick up and drop off for me, and on top of that he was courteous and sincerely cared about my guest experience. Also, I’m very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade! It was a lovely touch and I appreciate it. Thank you for excellent service and your warm hospitality! I will definitely be back either by myself or with friends!

The resort is clean and has a great location. Most satisfying was the service there , especially 小赵，he was friendly and helpful, he helped me with laundry, explained well with all the traveling tips around there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel by Erhai Lake. The location is peaceful and scenic. Our room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and very comfortable with a nice terrace overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a great place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. I was also impressed with the chic modern design, the sumptuous afternoon tea, breakfast, and the attentive service. The departure gift was a nice touch as well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Tinghua Island Garden Resort.

Whether it’s enjoying coffee by the window, taking a slow stroll along the lake, or just soaking in the peaceful vibe, everything feels effortless and rejuvenating. I also have to give a special shoutout to the team at the hotel: your hospitality genuinely elevated the whole experience. Friendly chats, great recommendations for local spots, and always going the extra mile — I felt truly taken care of.
