La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas I-35 Walnut Hill Ln

First of all the area is extremely rough… Secondly, my car got damaged due to a long nail that we was sticking out of a car stopper in the parking lot… The entire bumper of my car got damaged and it popped out… I showed it to the receptionist and took some pictures and videos to prove it… The receptionist didn’t even bother to the unfortunate incident and said sorry I can’t help you… They even charge $100.00 incidental charge on my credit card besides the room charges… Later they said they will refund it once they check the room… I am a very frequent traveler, No one has ever charged any incidental charges… I am extremely upset with this horrible attitude… They serve lousy breakfast and literally don’t have anything… It is going to cost me at least $1,500.00 to fix the bumper due to the nail one inch in diagram that was sticking out… The guy didn’t seem eager to fix it so that this unfortunate incident doesn’t happen to any other hotel guest… I would like to report this to the La Quinta Corporate Office… Please provide me their complaint email or phone number…

Service at the hotel was good, bed comfortable, room seemed to be clean, but had a couple of issues with the room. Shower did not have a lot of pressure due to a leak behind the shower head. Heater never seemed to warm at all. Neither one of these issues was a big deal to me so I reported them when I checked out, lady promised they would be fixed. Breakfast was a little skimpy, still had the basics such as cereal, waffle, egg and sausage coffee milk and juice. Would have loved to have some bananas. Only really negative thing I would say is the location, (wife not very pleased with all the activities going on at night if you get my point) which I think is kind of unfair for the hotel but that's why you would pay twice or three times as much for a better location. Overall I think it was a good stay for the price.

It was cleaned and the room has a good space.

This was the worst place that I have EVER stayed at. There were *********s going on in the parking lot. Dirty, used condoms in the parking lot. Women working the parking lot at all hours and walking the halls. The hallways smelled of *********. Security guard appeared to be in cahoots with what was occurring. The hotel was very dirty. The continental breakfast was like someone threw a couple (literally) yogurts in a cooler, a couple of muffins and waffles. When I checked in they required a $100.00 fee to be refunded upon having your room inspected before checking out. That was fine but they ran my card twice, denied it and refuse at this point to make it right. They have parties in the parking lot and play loud music, the bass literally resonates in the room until all hours. I literally got no sleep.

It was horrible. My money was taken and not refunded. The cops were there arresting someone so the parking lot was full of them. I had my children with me so I did not feel safe having then there.

No sheets provided for the pullout bed in the suite, bathroom fan didnt work, something wrong with the hvac in the room, the window would be covered in condensation in the morning resulting in a puddle on the floor below it.

My parents and I stayed one night. The hotel was nice, the staff did their job but have no personality. They do not greet on arrival or any pleasantries exchanged. This is winter, 36 degrees outside and probably 39 degrees inside the hotel. The room was very cold and we had to call for someone to come fix heater. He came quickly but the room temp never made it to 65 degrees. We froze all night. Breakfast area was worse, it was about 40 degrees in there. I had to huddle over my waffle. The coffee was also cold.

Dissatisfied. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was never cleaned up while our stay. Dirty towels, messy beds on our return at night, no shampoos or soap or towels replacements, staff not helpful. Will never return.

I did not appreciate one of the front desk attendants accuse us of smoking in the room when that was not the case.. hw went sobfar as to send security to our room to confirm if we were or were not smoking, after the security onformed him thay our room did not smell like smoke he made a sly comment sayig that he was goint to come into our room too to smell. The whole situation seemed targeted as we did not see him treating the other guests as he was treating us, aside from that the our stay was a good one.
