The hotel was in the heart of downtown, easily assessable to tons of cafe’s, restaurants, and stores. The skyline view was beautiful. The rooms were clean and extraordinary.

The Westin staff was friendly and informative. I really recommend the creole restaurant located below the lobby. Perfect location to travel to Deep Ellum.
Один из многочисленных отелей в Центре Далласа. Провели здесь с супругой 2 ночи по пути из Нью-Йорка в Waco. Хороший номер на 31-м этаже, с частичным видом на город. Отель удобно расположен в самом центре. Прерывание омрачено было целым списком минусов. В нашем номере не проводилась уборка. Нас не было целый день, вернувшись вечером мы обнаружили, что номер так и не был убран. В туалете постоянно, и ночью и днём, с небольшими перерывами был посторонний звук, похожий на писк комара, только очень громкий. Завтрак был включён в стоимость, но он оказался достаточно скудный. Зато можно тут же заказать по меню, но за дополнительную плату. Отдельно хочу отметить бассейн, мы так и не нашли раздевалок, в итоге не смогли поплавать. Валет паркинг оказался за дополнительную плату, но нас никто об этом не предупредил. Оплату за номер при заселении списали дважды. Мы обратились на стойку регистрации на следующий день, ответ был конечно же, что списание прошло один раз, первый платёж не прошёл, и если он списан, значит вернётся. Денег пока нет, хотя это 795 USD. Над нашим номером был спортзал, рано утром, когда хочется немного поспать, конечно же было очень хорошо слышно, как кто-то тренируется.

RUUUUUNNNN!!! I booked a room OVER a week in advance for my 15th wedding anniversary! My husband and I arrive at 6:30pm and our room wasn't ready yet. In fact, no rooms were ready yet. They wanted to take my name and number on a notebook (where other names were written) and let me know when it would be available. They kept apologizing. Our dinner reservations were for 7pm. The staff offered their lobby restroom. I said I need an iron and everything. They finally "unblocked" some rooms and gave me a key to an upgrade. They said since we were there for only 1 night, we had to checkout at 8am (hotel policy). I said fine whatever cause I really wanted to make my dinner reservation. We get to the room and ITS FLITHY! In fact, it seemed as if the person left out in a rush and could come back. We were livid! We demanded our room be cleaned while we were out. They tried to have housekeeping clean while we were getting ready... What the HELL?! We ended up calling the restaurant and letting them know our experience and that we would be late. The restaurant made it a fabulous night! I have never had this type of service at any star hotel. It was beyond disgusting! From used towels in shower, robe, bed in disarray, snot kleenex, and urine in the toilet! DISGUSTING! The staff kept blaming housekeeping, however I blame management. There is no way you all were behind that badly and no notification or phone call made or given prior to us checking in. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I could have used my $255 at another hotel. A COMPLETE WASTE!

Arrived on July 6. There was a long wait for our room due to a soccer convention. One week prior to our arrival, we received a letter from Director of Marketing and Sales Kelly Moore telling us our 2 bed queen size room had been cancelled and she could provide a king size. We refused the offer because we had confirmed our rooms in February for a 2 queen beds in a room. After, we received another letter stating arrangements had been made for us to stay at another hotel which was further from the convention center. She acknowledged that it was her fault for the mishap and her failure to plan the room schedule appropriately. Obviously, we were booted from our room because the soccer convention was there. The frustration and stress this hotel placed us under was unbearable, disrespectful and intolerable. Finally, when I called about the arrangements, she said a two bed room became avaliable and we were in luck, so that issue was resolved. It became available because some of the soccer team members left early. When we arrived, the pool was closed. Team leader/Receptionist Alexis said it had been closed for a month; however we were not informed. We were disappointed again. The room was clean and decent until the third day. As we were leaving the room we saw a housekeeper and we told her that she can clean the room whenever she gets a chance. She said, once she finished the adjacent room she would clean our room. When we returned to our room approximately 5:00 the room was not clean. Beds were not made and bathroom was not clean. We had no towels. When I went to the 2nd floor receptionist to inform Alexis, I was told by Alexis that their hours were 8:00-400pm. Never did she offer us any towels. Luckily there was a black girl who offered to call a manager to resolve the issues and the issue was resolved. My stay at the Weston was deplorable. We did not eat at the hotel except for breakfast which needs improvement. The food was cold. From beginning to end we were treated as second class citizens. I was part of a large organization 20,000 plus. Many members were staying at this hotel.

Although the staff were nice and the location was convenient for my travels, I was very disappointed with my room and overall appearance of the property. 1. I have never seen a Westin lobby with worn seats and holes in the sofa. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. 2. The bathroom and in particular the shower was not cleaned at all. I took pictures, but will not post. I contacted front desk about this issue and it took all day and into the early evening to rectify the problem. Their remedy was to clean the bathroom, not take the trash or clean the rest of the room and throw a few points at me. Not sure if there is a management issue or change over , but I will not be back to this particular location. This was a bad representation of an upper tier Marriott

Amazing service! My wife and I took our daughter here as a preschool graduation gift so we could visit the aquarium. I just made a quick note of it and asked them to leave a letter that said congrats, but Evette went out of her way and upgraded us and also when we arrived in the room, there was a goody bag full of treats and juices, etc. for my daughter. There was also a handwritten note that was signed from all the different departments in the hotel. I used to work in hospitality so I know how difficult that can be while you’re busy and working to facilitate something like that, so we really appreciated it and also my daughter loved it and will NEVER forget this trip. Thank you so much Evette from front desk and team!

Our arrival started with Alvin and what an excellent welcoming! He’s seriously the sweetest such a gentleman, as are his fellow bellhop and valet staff. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Live music in upstairs lobby at night was another great touch!

The hotel is nice, but the highlight of my experience there has been the valet. They are so helpful and personable. I had a broken leg at the times, and they helped with everything. Special thanks to Kelvin, Kylah, and Alvin (?), the Westin Cowboy!

I travel globally over 100 days per year. I wasn't staying at the Westin, but decided to have breakfast at the buffet this morning. What a dissappointment. US$26 before tip. Service was fine, but the buffet was like a 2 star roadside hotel, not a 4 star downtown hotel. The photo below is the entire buffet offering. The main lobby toilets were very dirty. Paper everywhere and surfaces not cleaned. This is not the Westin/ Bonvoy quality I see in other hotels around the world.
