Ruwanara Royal Majestry

The hotel offers three room types: Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury. We opted for the Deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a clean pool. However, there is a separate charge for its usage. Wi-Fi is limited to restaurant areas and rooms near the restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Concerns and issues were promptly addressed, and we appreciated their responsiveness. Considering the reasonable pricing, clean accommodation, and friendly staff, the overall value for money was satisfactory.

Such a beautiful stay.. the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very spacious and luxurious and the view from my balcony of the pool and the trees were simply so beautiful. I love how they have a pool you can use and the breakfast was the best food I had yet here in Sri Lanka. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind during my stay. Big thank you too Roshan who took very good care of me and even helped me organise travel for the next day. I hope I can come back !

We've spent few great days in a comfortable rooms. There is also a swimming pool next to Our room. The owner very friendly and helpful. The staff is great and so helpful with everything.highly recommended.

Shamed on the hotel "Ruwanaara Royal Majesty". One of the superior rooms had been booked and paid an advance payment by my friend. That's for their honeymoon. They trusted this hotel staff. After their wedding ceremony (12th May 2022) they were going to arrive at the hotel, and the hotel staff informed them that they won't able to arrange the room that they booked at that time. Although the hotel staff has offered them a lower facility room, my friend didn't agree with that offer. They never expect such a bad service from Hotel Ruwanaara. Finally, they had to find another place. How we can trust their service. The hotel management was very irresponsible. I can't suggest this hotel for your special movements.

it's sad to say that hotel management staff including MD were completely irresponsible! (I had directly booked a superior room by paying in advance, for the dates of 12th-14th May 2022. but the time when I reached the hotel they suggest a low facility room by informing me, all superior rooms are occupied, I rejected it And I returned back.) It really disappointed me. They ruined my day. I will never recommend this hotel to any person.
