The Old Bach is situated on a large, private oceanfront lot at the end of a quiet, private street. There is off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles, including the carport under the house.Our recent renovation involved flipping the floor plan to create a large, open living area on the top floor, with a full kitchen, dining banquette, and comfortable living room with a large flat-screen smart TV. The living room opens to an enormous deck and pergola complete with a dining table and a comfortable sectional. From the deck you can glimpse the ocean between the dunes.Downstairs, the staircase is open to the front hall and the cozy TV room, with another large flat-screen smart TV.
