The location and prices are great while saying that I have used this hotel for many years now and I have started to notice it is starting to get a little tired in places with a lack of attention in the following areas. The entrance area has a lot of rubbish/ detritus in flowerbeds near the door. A lot of pigeon droppings have accumulated over a long period of time just as you walk to the entrance door. Rooms: My first room which I hope had obviously not been inspected recently as it had a lot of mould on the ceiling above the bed which appeared to be from a previous water leak from the roof or pipe work in the attic area above. We were moved to another room which we found to be fine but did not have enough towels and had to again go to reception and ask. Beds, the mattresses on the beds do not appear to be as good a quality as previously, they seem to have changed. This is the first time my wife has not had a good nights sleep at a premier inn, the mattress felt it was sloping into the middle of the bed. When sitting on the end of the bed, I could feel the metal frame below which is something I have not experienced previously as I have always mattresses felt were very good quality but no longer unfortunately. Facilities in the room, they no longer have glasses in the rooms and have changed the ceramic mugs to glass ones which although slightly larger look cheaper. Staffing, they are always available and friendly when booking into the hotel and are happy to assist with any questions.

We stayed at this Premier Inn when we were in the area for an event at Brands Hatch. The location was great - not far from BH and also close to other things like Bluewater Shopping Centre and the Nickelodeon Adventure. We upgraded to a Premier Plus room which was well-worth it. Really spacious and we liked the addition of the coffee machine and fridge. Bed was super comfy, as it always is in a Premier Inn. There was plenty of parking, breakfast was great and the staff were really nice and friendly. All-in-all a great experience. We will stay again!

Want to share some feedback and seek explanation and support - 1. Lifts out of order with no prior intimation - would nit have booked had I known about it as wanted to make it perfect stay for my son 2. Breakfast on Day 2 - Was told most of the menu items had run out when we reached Would had appreciated you would have helped make the experience as I expected.

Beverley on reception Monday morning was amazing. She was clearly on her own and juggling lots of tasks but was still happy to help me with some local area questions. When I said about not looking forward to bringing my luggage down with the lifts not working she advised me to give her a ring when I was ready and she would come and assist me. Amazing service .

I was checked in by a lovely lady in the afternoon, she was so attentive and gave me all the info I needed for my stay. Later on in the evening I was waiting in reception for my food to be delivered, the fire alarm had gone off, the lift wasn’t working and some of the guests were absolutely grilling the young man at reception like it was his fault. It was tough to watch. The way some people were speaking to him was appalling but he handled it with such patience, never lost his cool and was so polite through it. The guy has the patience of a saint! If you’re reading this, I hope you know how great you were. Don’t let people like that get to you. You did a great job. If you’re one of these guests, you should be ashamed. He’s just a young lad trying to do his job.

The bed was really comfy . The only two things that let the room down were a couple of big stains on the carpet and the fact the air con was set at a minimum of 19c which was too hot to sleep in. The room was lovely and spacious with nice comfy chairs in . very nice having a fridge in the room. The lifts need to be working at all times . They were both out of order at one point and somebody got stuck in one during our stay and we only heard her because we had walked right up to the lift !!!

Lovely clean hotel as usual, food was good and they serve Jam Shed, but would like to thank the beautiful young lady Maddy who was checking people in, serving behind the bar and waiting tables, very pleasant, efficient and a credit to Premier inn. Thank you Maddy.

This was one of the rare occasions that I was very disappointed with the service and room provided by Premier Inn. I arrived very hungry and was looking forward to a meal and breakfast after I booked the meal deal. I found that the kitchen was closed at 9pm instead of 10pm, the WiFi not working. Ended up cancelling the food deal and left very hungry the next day. I will not return.

tHere are some Internal Communication issue between their reciption and domestic staff, we requested to tidy up our room when we left in morning but when we cam back it was same as we left. no cleaning at all. I was there with my family specially 3 kids.
